Very quaint and clean hotel. Hawley staff very friendly and accommodating. Hot tub & pool nice! Breakfast was good.

Pros:

Room was decent.

Cons:

Took forever to check in because their internet relies on satellite and staff said it "always" goes out when it rains. Air conditioner sounded like a dump truck when it would start out. Out of scrambled eggs at breakfast. When I finally got those, they were out of coffee. Very disappointing for an AmericaInn.

Excellent place!
Pros:

A nice place to rest and relax! Room was very accommodating. No outside noise. Located in a convenient spot for all my needs I had for my trip. Room was excellent in both cleanliness and value. I always use AmericInn whenever I travel. Staff very friendly. A+

I would book a room again at this hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant.

Cons:

There was no coffee at breakfast. It ran out before 8:00 in the morning. It appeared that the hotel was understaffed but were efficient. The town closes all eating places by 9:00 or any place to buy food; so it is necessary to bring your own snacks/food.

I've stayed at this hotel before. All in all it is a great place to stay in a small town.
Pros:

My room was great. Spacious and very clean!

Cons:

I was disappointed in the breakfast. I went down around 9:15am on Sunday morning. There was very little left to choose from in the way of pastries or bread. There were no forks. There were many people in the breakfast area at that time. No staff person came to check or restock.

I have stayed at better motels for less money.
Cons:

Had to ask for clean towels and to have the dirty towels picked up and removed. Had to ask to have the waste baskets emptyed. Were told that the room is only cleaned after the quest has checked out. The biscuts were cold for the biscuts and gravey.

Nice, quiet hotel
Pros:

This was a quiet hotel conveniently located near Fargo and met our needs. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but offered options. We enjoyed using the hot tub.

Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Was nice and quiet. Rooms was clean . Bed sheets were clean. Microwave and fridge included were were also clean.
