Unfriendly and uncooperative desk staff during check in. Gave us the wrong room we did not reserve.
The room door did not fully shut or lock and staff failed to address the issue or relocate us. Major safety issue that went completely unaddressed after asking for help.

Location was convenient for our family gathering. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.
The TV didn’t work and they failed to remedy it after several requests. The towels are VERY small and VERY rough.

The room had a bad odor. I saw other guests with dogs. I believe that the people that had my room last had a dog, and they were not able to get the smell out. It made my room stay unpleasant.
The front desk guy was a complete jerk to us. He wouldn’t give us more towels for the pool. He was yelling at us in the conference

The staff was lazy and rude. They had tiny pillows and no extra pillows. They were out of towels all of the time. The room was dirty and the bed uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work. The juices at breakfast had water added.

The guy at the front was rude and the pool was disgusting! It had something big and smily floating at the bottom of the pool. My spouse took the pool net and scooped it out. We didnt swim in it
It has space, nothing feels crowded.
I opened the drawer in the lunch room while I was looking for cups and everything was dirty down there, makes you think if they actually clean or just make it look clean
