Pésima atención del personal, nadie en recepción apesar de indicar q si habría alguien. Demora para entregar la llave. Pésimo ambiente alrededor del hotel. Sucio.

Wir waren auf Grund eines sogenannten Wasserschadens gar nicht vor Ort wir wurde per Whattsapp abserviert und mussten uns eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit suchen.

Das wir das Hotel nie betreten haben.

Нас просто обманули. Во время заселения нам пришло сообщение от отеля что произошла ошибка при бронировании номера. Ни другого номера, ни отеля нам не предложили. И деньги естествено нам не вернули... оставили на улице как бомжей...

Skazano nas na poszukiwanie wolnego noclegu po nocy lub noc na ulicy. Booking infolinia proba polaczenia sie 5razy, tragedia. Na szczescie po dwoch dniach zwrot pieniedzy, ale stresu i nerwow nie cofna. Nie polecam!

There was no staff at the building- nobody answered phone calls or text messages to find out how to get into the room. Multiple people sitting on the floor in hallways waiting for the same thing. Cancelled reservation bc this place is NOT a hotel or worthy of being on Booking.com

the location. amazing for tourist spots, that’s literally it.

Cons:

everything else. no water pressure, shower is always cold, not an ounce of hot water. not even a little. i booked this place despite the reviews and im so mad that i did. from us having to sleep our first night with no keys to our rooms, to us having the staff try to come into our room not once but twice, to us accidentally leaving a personal item at the hotel after leaving and them BLACKMAILING us for an extra 200€ to have it shipped back. the guys reasoning was that we would’ve never gotten the partial refund for the first night if it wasn’t for him (mind you that should’ve happened regardless because we were sleeping in a random room on the top floor (out of three) that had no AC and no working lights) that wasn’t even assigned to us and insisted that because he “got us” that refund, which was roughly 200€ that we should give him that much in return for him shipping us the item. most unprofessional, rude and downright ridiculous establishment i have ever booked. next time i’m getting a hostel.

Entramos no quarto, mas não tinha condições de habitabilidade. Conseguimos cancelar a reserva.

Con todo respeto, pero es asqueroso. Había puertas rotas, faltaban las toallas y los tendidos y el empleado nunca las trajo. El sanitario no funcionaba y la bañera estaba sucia y con pelos, e incluso con productos de limpieza allí.

Gesamtes Hotel ist Betrug, kein Personal vor Ort, dass heißt wir kamen einfach nicht rein, wenn man klingelt antwortet keiner, über die Nummer des QR Codes erreicht man niemand, habe die Nummer von Google angerufen, unfreundlich am Telefon (einfach aufgelegt nachdem ich mich beschwert habe), sah sehr unsauber von außen aus (Eingang in ranziger Einfahrt), ich empfehle so schnell wie möglich kostenlose Stornierung anzufragen

Hotell tühistas meie broneeringu Whatsappi teel, lubades raha tagasi kanda. 10 päeva hiljem pole ma raha tagasi saanud ja hotelliga kontakti saada ei õnnestu. Seestpoolt pole ma hotelli näinud, aga juba sissepääs nägi hüljatud ja räpane välja.

Don’t book this place. It’s unpleasant experience which ended up that nobody showed up at reception. We didn’t get a room in this hotel. We had to look another hotel at 23:40. Avoid trouble!

Besonders gut war das 1.5 stunden ein checken
Und das es offen strom leitungen und nur kaltes wasser gabe
Und am nächsten tagbstanden wir vor verschlossener haustür
Alles dreckig ekelig ein absulutes loch

Cons:

Das keinenn reption vohanden ist kein englisch oder deusch gesprochen wird nur per handy übersetzer mit der putz hilfe
Und man bei reklamation gebeten wird auszu ziehen
