Comodissimo, tranquillo ma qualche disguido col gestore

Hotel in una posizione comodissima, quartiere sereno ma giovanile, camera e Hotel silenzioso, tranquillo, autonomia piena di orari e movimento.

Terrible, I would love to be either fully compensated if possible. Or at the least partially compensated.

I liked the location as it was close to everything I needed.

Cons:

The heater didn’t work in my room. The room was dirty and dusty. The bed had stains on it. The WiFi was not working. The hotel didn’t answer any of my calls and didn’t respond to any of my WhatsApp messages. There was only one staff member at the hotel and he didn’t speak too well English or German. When arriving I first had to wait for a the staff member to arrive at the property as no one answered the phone as advertised on the front door + the ring door camera didn’t rind either. There was no reception either as the mere was shutters on the reception window. My room also didn’t get cleaned for any days of my stay. There was only one toilet roll supplied. There was no towels supplied also.

expérience couteuse (frais perdu pour le Märkischer Hof + autre hotel de remplacement à payer)
Pros:

Difficile à dire du fait que je n'ai pas trouvé la chambre que j'avais reservé par booking.com; sans aucun remboursement jusqu'à ce jour l'ensemble de l'avance a été encaissé plus 50% au vu de la promesse d'être remboursé ce qui ne s'est pas fait

Pas de possibilité d'avoir qqn au téléphone pour clarifier la situation, puis arrivé sur place, ma chambre était partie...

a livello di posizione la struttura è comunque molto comoda e ovviamente per tre notti abbiamo pagato molto poco

per il prezzo non ci aspettavamo ovviamente chissà che struttura ma io penso che indipendentemente da dove si decida di dormire i servizi basilari debbano essere garantiti, altrimenti uno decide di andare in ostello.
inizialmente ho molto sottovalutato le recensioni che definivano il posto sporco perché mi giustificavo dicendo che la stanza ci serviva solo per dormire ma non fate il nostro stesso errore, non si tratta di qualche ragnatela qua e là e magari delle lenzuola macchiate, noi ci siamo ritrovati in difficoltà ad usare il bagno talmente era sporco.
siamo dovuti andare a comprare noi degli stracci per pulire il pavimento perché già dal primo giorno era invivibile, eravamo disgustati.
inoltre tra i servizi garantiti erano indicati gli asciugamani che ovviamente non erano presenti e anche quelli abbiamo dovuto comprarli di tasca nostra per poterci lavare.
insomma, i servizi basilari come la pulizia e una lavanderia che funzioni e offra biancheria pulita dovrebbero essere il minimo indispensabile, il che è un grande peccato perché con una sistemata la struttura potrebbe avere molto più potenziale.
inoltre segnalo anche un costante odore pesante e nauseante nelle scale

La ventana porque era lo único que iba bien y evitó que entrara el olor del local de los kebabs de abajo.

Cons:

Todo en general. Sin agua caliente en una estancia de 3 días. Sin escritorio, sin toalla y todo el establecimiento hasta arriba de porquería, allí se limpia muy poco.

Komisches Personal
Nachdem wir angerufen hatten um zu sagen dass wir weder Handtücher, Klopapier, Seife und Bettbezug hatten wurde unsere Nummer blockiert
Zimmer war sehr dreckig, auf dem Bett waren Flecken und auch auf den Kissen
Dusche und Toiletten wurden noch nie sauber gemacht und das Fenster war kaputt und man konnte es nicht schließen
In der Ecke neben einem Bett war der Fußboden voller Zigarettenasche

They say they will send the code to the lockbox via message and they never did, we had to contact them once we reach the place to be able to access the hotel - unnecessary stress
There was no reception, it is always closed.

The place was dirty, the bed sheets were broken and with strains, there were no towels. The shower was also broken and quite uncomfortable. The curtains were shorter than the window and let all the lights in. The door looked as if someone tried to break in. The stairs and hall area was incredibly dirty and you could hear everything from the room.
