This place needs lot updates , wifi sucks , food not good . This first place i been to want change 350p per person to eat KFC by pool and in restaurant, we was going buy food in restaurant too . Thumbs down 👎. Rented few rooms some tv didn’t work . Wifi sooo slow . I will not book here no more!

The place was nice but it seems to be showing its age and needs to be updated.

There is an Irish pub on the property that is really top notch

The check-in process was slow and childish. An extra lengthy check-in sheet. An unnecessary time spent to tell me the check in time was from 2pm when I was already there. And did not need to be verbally told item by item if I polluted the sheets, t6ook the remote control etc etc. A slow process.

The room was okay, without a telephone. Poor wifi reception, needing to go out in the corridor t6o get a handshake.

No water supplied, shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty.

Biggest problem was a blocked toilet, resulting in overflowing turds, and a staff member needing to bring a plunger to clear.

the food they serve on breakfast is cold... it's not even warm a bit.

This place much better 6 years ago and going down hill dast

During check in the receptionist doesn’t know how to look for your booking and during the Check out they are asking if where is the towel when I was not even provided with one. You should have a log book to put inputs in on each room.

First off there was no hot water for showers. The place had roaches and because it was open no way to keep the mosquitoes out of your room. The food was way over priced and the hotel was under staffed. The hotel charged a surcharge for you to bring drinks to your room even when they ran out of drinks in the restaurant. The phones in the rooms can not call out and the front desk if you want to call it that had to be called on your personal phone because they didn't have anything but cell phones. No I will never stay there again.

First, the staff had me wait for 1 hr 20 mins just to get my room ready. Second, shower head was a bust. Lastly, breakfast was underwhelming.

I paid for the Executive Suite (Matrimonial Bed) ahead of time already. And during check-in, they couldn't find my reservation. It took at least 45 minutes to look for the reservation. Even if it was under my name. It was very frustrating. And the staff was just inconsiderate.

First, it is NOT handicap accessible. No elevator. Second the do have a sign up about this but they don't mention this on their website profile so I think it needs to be brought to the consumers attentions. The sign reads. DON'T drink the WATER because it is not treated for human consumption, that also means don't brush your teeth with it. They provide you with two free bottle water, Use those. I asked at the desk what happens if you drink the water and they said that if you drink the water you can get amebiasis, that is why they have the sign and it is a permanent thing apparently because it is an engraved wooden sign. They lack several of the foods and drinks on their menu. If ordering food, before you even start ask what they currently don't have. This place is really a Motel. It is a place for a bed and a shower and a quick stay. If that is what you want I would say that this is a clean safe place. If you want a hotel this is not it. Also ants in the floor drains in the bathroom. Complained about it and they said nothing they could do about it.

An aged hotel, plumbing barely adequate, aircon the same. Far enough from the city centre to be rather isolated.

룸의 샤워물이 따뜻한 물도 안나오고, 샤워꼭지도 물이 안나와서 어려웠구요.
룸의 전화도 불통이구 기본적으로 룸에 물 한통 서비스도 안되는 아주 불쾌한 여행이었습니다.
