Pros:

Hôtel calme, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner avec vue sur le lac.
Deux partenariats avec des restaurants au centre de Bellagio (très bien) rendant le transport en navette gratuit depuis l' hôtel (il faut compter 15-20 min à pieds pour le rejoindre le centre)

Chaleur +++ dans les chambres

Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement placé par rapport à Bellagio, 10 min à pieds, dans un environnement calme. Il n’y a plus qu’à descendre par un superbe escalier pour atteindre le lac et visiter la villa Melzi.
Le personnel est très agréable. La plupart des chambres ont une vue sur le lac. La literie est très confortable et la chambre était très propre. Le meilleur pour la fin : le petit déjeuner très copieux pris dans la salle de restaurant avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes.Nous recommandons !

La location molto bella ,vista meravigliosa ,personale gentile

Cons:

L'albergo è distante dal paese e la strada non è percorribile in autonomia se sprovvisti di macchina. I bicchieri della colazione non erano pulitissimi ( impronte di rossetto in piu di uno )

This was a beautiful hotel we would recommend it to others :)
Pros:

We liked our room it was cozy and the balcony was adorable. The front desk staff was VERY helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we have all the information we needed for our stay.

Cons:

When we had breakfast the gentleman server wasn't very attentive and I noticed him standing at the bar counter eating & enjoying his coffee and we hadn't even been offered a coffee. Both mornings he wasn't the greatest.

Pros:

Amabilidad,servicios,silencio,desayuno muy completo y en un lugar único ,transfer al centro ,etc .

Cons:

Por poner un pero ,hacía calor en la habitación y tuvimos que dormir con ventana abierta ,en mi modesta opinión se activa el modo invierno para climatización en muchos hoteles antes de lo necesario, pero supongo que habrá personas que así lo deseen.
