la personne nous a très bien accueilli et était souriante, malgré notre arrivée tardive le soir suite à problème avec le gps pour trouver l'établissement (ça réchauffe le coeur après les soucis et la fatigue du trajet!); nous avons aussi eu un problème avec nos papiers de voiture de location oublié en partant, et l'établissement a été très arrangeant suite à notre demande par mail pour les renvoyer par la poste à l'agence de l'aéroport très rapidement, cela nous a énormément dépanné ! vraiment extra de leur part, merci !

Zona agradável.

Cons:

Estacionamento na rua. As funcionárias eram polivalentes. Coitadas faziam de tudo! A gestão dos hóspedes foi mal efectuada porque o pequeno almoço foi de avalanche, excursão de autocarro, cerca de 60 pessoas?, e quando chegamos para tomar o pequeno almoço não havia uma mesa limpa e disponível e a comida era escassa. As funcionárias foram céleres na limpeza mas a comida foi restrita. Talvez se chegasse meia hora mais tarde talvez tivéssemos mais sorte. O corredor de acesso aos quartos tinha pó no chão e a sonorização nos quartos não era a mais adequada pois conseguíamos ouvir as pessoas a falar quando passavam no corredor.

Simpatia da única funcionária

Cons:

O pequeno almoço, para além de ser de qualidade inferior ao que era, tinha a sala apenas com mesas já utilizadas, com restos de outrem e sujas. Não havia funcionário a tratar da reposição.
Acresce que, a avaliar pelo estado da alcatifa em corredores, a mesma não era aspirada há bastante tempo.
