Eclipse Legend Hotel

I stayed at the Eclipse Legend Hotel for 4 nights in late September. I cant say enough about the staff, who were all so nice and helpful every time I interacted with them. They were eager to answer questions, give suggestions, or just chat. The location is great being a very short walk to the Old Quarter, but just the right distance to where it is nice and quiet at night. There are some great coffee shops and restaurants very close. I would absolutely stay there again if I return to Hanoi.

Highly recommended! This hotel is absolutely excellent! The staff are incredible kind, friendly, and always willing to help with any advice or assistance you may need. The room are clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the Old quarter, making it super convenient to explore the City on food

the hotel offered a very pleasant stay and convenient location. the location was walking distance to the popular landmarks. the room amenities were nicely done rooms very comfortable. the staffs were incredibly nice,friendly,always smiling and willing to help.

You get exactly what you paid for, staff was extremely friendly and recommended a lot of good food to eat, very conveniently located in French quarters/ old town

The staff really cared about us .They were always making time to explain things to us which made our stay in Hanoi very pleasant.

Clean bathroom with shower separated from sink and toilet. Good WiFi, firm mattress, walking distance from the airport bus station, hot water for bathing, kettle for hot water, elevator available, helpful staff, good air conditioner. The only downside is that no slope to pull heavy luggage up to the lobby. I'll give it 4.8/5.0

The location is really good. A few blocks from everything and yet not super touristy. The room was very quiet. As others have said the really good thing about this place is the staff. Lisa in particular was incredible! She booked us a Ha Long Bay tour that was awesome and really well priced. Airport transfers (even at 4 am) were flawless. Good food and coffee very close by and a small convenience store 1 min away where you can buy big bottles of water. We will stay here again.

Was a nice place to stay. The fire escape was blocked on my floor which I didn’t like as I was on the sixth floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, they spoke English very well. The room was tidy and clean but a bit dirty in places (not bad enough to complain though)

Good location for an overnight stay if taking the sleeper bus to Sapa. It’s 2 minutes away from the meet up point.

the property is clean and in a great location. the staffwere excellent and I enjoyed my time there.

Despite the surrounding environment of the hotel is a bit untidy and the road is a bit narrow for walking, the staff speaks good English and helpful. Location is close to touristic spots. The breakfast is a nice surprise to us.

Did not get a good night sleep due to construction next door

This the second stay and I can tell you that here people are so kind and so helpfull

Hotel room is old. Hairs from previous guests found in room. Furnitures are old. However, staff are friendly and helpful. Service is good. Will not stay again though.

Room had no window and was very small. Staff were so kind always helping with anything I needed. :)

Really carefully about clients

The property isnt clean enough. The floor is greasy and the top bed is covered by dust.
