First,it was the receptionist trying to give me a lesser room than what i had booked online, i had to fight it before i was given the right room. Then the kitchen staff were so unprofessional, the receptionist is not qualifications at all,no manner of approach towards customers..i hate the place.

I arrived at the property and my reservation could not be located. I was with my elderly parents and we had to stay in the lobby for almost 2 hours waiting for them to find the reservation. Staff were inconsiderate just saying they have to wait. There needed to be a better way to deal with such issues, the Expedia agent I chatted with mentioned this is common, if that's the case them put in mitigating controls or plan on how to resolve such issues quickly without inconveniencing the customers. Dinning took forever, paying for food was war, I did transfer only for the server to come back to ask for #1k because of charges. Breakfast was bread and tea, really?. While the rooms were neat there was a roach on my bed, pretty disgusting I could hardly sleep after seeing that. The toilet seat was broken which is hazardous to anyone sitting on it. The TV is so tiny you can hardly see the pictures from where the bed is. I can go on and on. I will never stay there again.

Restaurant and Kitchen staff not professional, rude, never ask if you need anything, ignoring your order for hours after taking your order and telling you it will be ready in 30 minutes, order will not be done before staff was changed and new staff was not awared about your order by old staff, they just sitting playing with her phone l. Very very disappointed when after waiting for one hour I asked finally if my order ready and she started to look for paper that old staff took with my order and just left it on the counter. Very very disappointed ☹️

My experience was not so good
One of the beds was extremely hard. No remote provided for A/C; you are stuck with whatever temperature they decided to set it on. In four nights I got only lukewarm water from the water heater. Otherwise the rooms were good, with drinking water provided. Location is great, not far from the airport, saving much traffic time.
Staff were courteous. Seemed prepared for my arrival despite my delayed flight from Amsterdam
