Hotellet saknar ambitioner. Det första man möts av är trasiga utemöbler vid entrén. Bad om ett glas eftersom det bara fanns ett. Fick en engångsmugg i plast! Har varit här. Kommer aldrig återkomma.

Ein herzlich geführtes Hotel in perfekter Lage mit traumhaftem Meerblick und exzellentem Service.

Das Hotel hat uns von Anfang an mit einer herzlichen Atmosphäre empfangen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, was man in der Stadt unternehmen kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen – es gab alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war traumhaft und wurde täglich frisch und gründlich gereinigt.

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat – der Aufenthalt war in jeder Hinsicht angenehm.

Das Personal war sehr liebevoll und professionell. Einen großen dank an Antonio und Walter .Auch einen großen dank an Anna die uns beim Frühstück herzlich empfangen hat und auch die Putzfrauen die mein zimmer schön gesäubert haben

Manchmal wurden die zimmer türen mitten in der nacht fest zugeschlagen aber dafür kann das Personal nicht

La struttura andrebbe ristrutturata, camere piccole con un odore nn gradevole in camera. Bagno piccolo con doccia piccola e allaga il bagno. Carta parati si stacca. Per questo nn è l altezza dei 4 stelle. Parcheggio in struttura nn esiste , hanno un parcheggio esterno che si paga 15 euro al gg, anche per le moto. Nota dolente la colazione. Ammetto di aver dato x scontato che fosse inclusa( normalmente lo è sempre) anche perché abbiamo speso 130 euro una notte. Abbiamo avuto la spiacevole sorpresa al mattino che ci hanno detto che nn avevamo prenotato con colazione inclusa e se volevamo farla erano 10 euro a testa?? Sinceramente da un 4 stelle nn mi aspettavo un simile trattamento. Se dovessi tornare a Riccione, valuterei altri hotel.

Purtroppo la camera anche sé carina non è mai stata pulita a dovere e abbiamo avuto delle disavventure con polvere su comodini e pavimento e purtroppo anche le lenzuola non erano sempre pulite e abbiamo trovato le cimici dei letti
