Bardzo miły personel, bogate śniadanie, darmowy parking, czystość w pokojach, w miarę duży basen do pływania, ładne widoki z okien na okoliczne góry i Ustroń

lokalizacja jest zarazem wadą i zaletą hotelu. Wadą, bo do centrum Ustronia jest dość daleka, w dodatku w drodze powrotnej jest pod górkę, a zaletą, bo to oddalenie zapewnia ciszę i spokój.

Bardzo udany wyjazd pod kątem wypoczynku.
Pros:

Piękna lokalizacja, bardzo czysto, widok z restauracji wart wszystkiego. Strefa SPA - dosyć nietypowa, ale bardzo polecam skorzystać z masażu - Panie robią to rewelacyjjie

Strefa basenowa i welllnes - bardzo malutka. Dostępne tylko dwie niewielkie sauny. Szkoda ,że na zewnątrz jest tylko jedno jacuzzi. Na basenie był starszy Pan ratownik, który był zniesmaczony jak musiał odpowiedzieć na jakieś pytanie np gdzie odłożyć zużyty ręcznik basenowy. Dawało się odczuć, że gość hotelowy na basenie mu przeszkadza..

Super lokalizacja na zboczu góry Równica , piękny widok z balkonu na cały Ustroń. Pokój bardzo przestronny, wygodna duża łazienka z wanną. Śniadania w hotelu wyśmienite, b. urozmaicone, dania z karty w restauracji zachwyciły nas wyglądem i smakiem. Personel w hotelu bardzo pomocny. Z czystym sumieniem polecam !
