Pros:

Mooi hotel met mooi uitzicht op de Houtzagerij. De kamers zijn ook lekker groot. Goede bedden.

Cons:

De kamers in het bijgebouw zijn wel wat verouderd. En het is gehorig.

Het zou fijn zijn als er meer dan 1 kopje koffie gezet kan worden.

Ich komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Exzellentes Frühstück. Frisch gepresste Säfte. Bio-Joghurt, sehr guter Käse und gute Wurst. Abendessen sehr gut, die Karte ist allerdings nicht sehr umfangreich.

Pros:

Parkplatz in der Nähe, Hund hatte Auslauf, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Mein Hund ist alt und kann keine Treppen steigen, es gab leider keinen Aufzug.

Location in Delden is always fantastic.

Cons:

The room (2nd floor) was smelling musty when entering. Maybe it was the carpet that smelled. The ceiling is also low. I had better rooms at Carelshaven before.

prima kamer, prima bedden

Cons:

Ik had een kamer geboekt voor mijn zusje en haar 2 kinderen 6 en 7 jaar oud. Echt zeer teleurgesteld in het feit dat ik nog een naheffing kreeg vanwege de 3e persoon in de kamer, terwijl ik geboekt had voor 3 personen.Er is hier tijdens de boeking met geen woord over gerept. Ook ben ik nog door het hotel gebeld of de 3 personen ook wilden dineren en/of ontbijten.
Het allerergste vind ik dat het personeel geen enkel begrip heeft getoond in het feit dat ik deze werkwijze zeer onacceptabel vind. Ik kreeg enkel te horen dat het hotel geen 3-persoons kamers heeft, en daarmee was de kous af. Geen enkele empathie of begrip, echt verdrietig.
Nooit meer Carelshaven voor ons.
