Location is the most important asset of this hotel. Overall, a decent hotel.
Pros:

Location is great for spending time in Protaras and some of the best beaches on the island are in close walking distance. Also, many restaurants and bars worth visiting are in close walking distance and there is a supermarket right across the street. The hotel is clean and the staff at the reception was very friendly and kind. The room was nice and clean with really nice seaside views.

Cons:

The restaurant food was average and breakfast was poor, and the staff at the restaurant was not very polite and honest. There was a mix-up with our dinner order which was really late, and got some unnecessary excuses, but the next day the hotel management acknowledged this and we got a full refund for dinner. The toilet fan was not working. Also to get the TV remote we had to give a 10-euro deposit at the reception. Parking was ok but in high season it will be an issue because there is not enough space for many cars. The rooms facing the sea can be a bit noisy at night. For us it was not an issue, but if you need absolute silence while sleeping these rooms are not for you.

Pros:

Loved the location. Close to the beach, lovely restaurants, bars and shops. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. It was basic but perfect. Had a lovely big balcony that we enjoyed. The lady at the front desk, cannot remember her name, was very friendly en helpful. Will stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing that I can fault is that they to not supply dishwashing liquid and a dish drying cloth.
