スタッフの対応も良く、とても気持ち良く過ごせました。
外観に比して部屋はとても綺麗で驚きました。

清潔さが少し良くなかった
バイクでの素泊まりに利用させていただきました、屋根付き駐車場もあり、価格も安かったため利用させてもらいました、また来ることが有れば利用したいと思います。
料金の割にはきちんとしたビジネスホテル。
寝るだけと割り切れば問題なし。
以下、気になった点をいくつかあげます。
・Wi-Fiの案内されているSSIDがないので不審に思う(末尾の番号が案内されているものは表示されず)
・コインランドリーの洗濯機蓋は壊れている。乾燥機が非常に乾きにくい
・トイレはウォシュレットになっているが、後付けタイプで大きさがあっていない。そのため男性は座って用を足すと先が当たってしまい不快。
・冷蔵庫の音はなかなかうるさい
ベットが、良かった。
24時間フロント対応と書いてあったけど午前５時にはフロントに誰もいなくて早朝のバス便に乗り遅れるかと思った…
結局ルームキーを無人のフロントのデスクの上に置いて出てきました〜
室内に時計が無かったので、スマホで確認していたので少し煩わしかった。
ベッドの頭の上方向に棚があるのに、棚より高いベッドの柵があって使いずらかった。
設備は期待しない方がいい
築年数がかなり経っているので、全体的に朽ちている。
雪のせいもあるかもしれないが総じて普通
中学生ぐらいの集団と宿泊が重なり、ドタバタと走り回る音がうるさかった。ユーティリティの臭いが、かなり臭くて、ファブリーズが置いてあったがほとんど役にたたなかった。
古さは否めませんが、フロントの方々皆さまとても親切で、フレンドリーで、とても良かったです。お部屋の掃除をしてくれた方からのメッセージも温かく、アットホームなホテルでした。
