It is on the main road and very busy with lorries going through especially when you need to have the windows open .
Caseys hotel located on the main street in the quaint village of glengariff provided a welcoming and comfortable overnight stop, staff were very friendly and willing to please. food on both the evening meal and the breakfast was served piping hot and tasty. Bedroom and bathroom areas were spotlessly clean and found the bed to be very comfy. We'll definitely hope to return to this little gem.
Should you not wish to eat in the hotel there are a number of well priced eateries & drinking establishments within 1-2 minutes walk along the main street offering a variety of seafood and other hot dishes.
Glegariff village although small in size has some nice walks within a few minutes of the hotel, 1.along the riverbank (where we came across a deer munching away and not at all perturbed with the nearby traffic noise also the blue pool and seal point is well worth the short walk or if you're into open water swiming (out of the hotel turn right and walk approx 3minutes down the street for the entrance int the small park walk).
given the time we visited the weather was on the hot side, thankfully a fan is provided in the room (unfortunately no air-con) but understandable given the age of the establishment
Das Zimmer war schön, die Lage perfekt. Das Frühstück war prima. Das dazu gehörende Restaurant eine wirklich gute Empfehlung. Schnelle Bedienung und super freundlich dazu. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker.

Central location,clean hotel ,staff were amazing, breakfast was delicious,comfy bed,will definitely stay again ...
A fan or air conditioner in room would be ideal because it was so hot,as we closed our window because we were at the front of the hotel there was a lot of traffic,the shower wasn't the best it kept goin from hot too cold , small things that could be fixed...but not takin away from a great stay we had here...keep up the great work....
