Wunderbares neues Hotel, leider etwas ausserhalbder City

อาจจะอยู่นอกเมืองนิดๆ ทางไปสนามบิน แต่ก็เดินทางไปไหนมาไหนสะดวกถ้ามีรถส่วนตัว หรือเรียกแท็กซี่ก็ได้

Stayed here for a couple nights! Staff very friendly and helpful

It's super not convenient!!! Very far from the center city!!! And no more bus or song tiaw... You just can call the taxi that's very expensive... And the staff can not speak English...no tour suggestion no breakfast...btw the room is clean enough

Its approx. 30 minute walk into the main part of the city.
I hired a moped for the few days I was there(150BHT a day), well worth it. A lot more freedom to go and explore.
Apartment was very modern and very clean. Location is a little out the way of the main areas, but for the price. You will not beat the cleanliness and the tranquil surrounds. Great little place to relax for a few days.
Definitely stay again if back in Chiang Rai.

Meesuk residence was by far one of the best hotels we have stayed at during our budget trip.

+ The staff are the nicest people you and meet in all of Thailand whom will help you with anything. They helped us get the cheapest deals for everything including laundry and scooter rentals.
(They dont yet have any signs saying that they provide these services but all you need to do is ask)

+ Rooms are in immaculate condition, as the hotel is newly built so the rooms are filled with the most modern features and the still lingering new room smell. Best of all the internet was the fastest with no drop outs (a real problem in most of our past hotels)

+ The hotel is located in a nice quiet area not too far out of the city (although due to its new establishment most tuktuks and delivery services dont know the hotel so be sure save the hotel number to give drivers)
(tuktuks will also try to get the most out of by saying its out of the city so be ready to bargin)
We didnt have much problems as we rented a scooter and were able to move around with ease.

Will definetly recommend this hotel to all.

I did choose this place based on the other travelers comments which did sound quite good.
unfortunately the only thing that I experienced which did match with the other comments was the cleanliness of the room.
For the rest, it was an horrible stay that I did need to end after one night. ...being helped with the unfriendly and unethical staffs and owners.
In short this place do not like foreigner and they let you know it if you have the guts ask for anything.
I did ask why the do advertise that they have international TV channels and after hours of trying they come to the conclusion that National Geography Channel is enough to advertise as international channel provider.....and if you are not happy...just go ...we are Thai and out Thai customers don't have any issues with this....just go now
It is a shame as other reviews did mention the place us new and clean....maybe they shouldn't put their place on international website if they don't want to welcome foreigner....
By the way I do live in Asia for many years and know the do and don't. ...so not a foreigner without local culture awareness.

Very clean rooms, everything new, Super high speed wifi and friendly staff. The location was not downtown but you can get a taxi to anywhere(60-80 baht).
