La atención del personal siempre amables, las instalaciones limpias y nos gusto que no se escucha el ruido de la ciudad

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones limpias, el personal atento y amable.
Actualmente hay una remodelacion o instalación de un nuevo elevador, eran las 2 pm y estaban rompiendo una pared, y se escuchaba muy fuerte en la habitación que no toco en 3 piso.

Las unicas cosas negativas es que no hay aire acondicionado, aunque en esa zona creo que la mayoría de los hoteles de esta gama de precios no tienen y sea como sea, si podías un abanico en recepción te prestaban uno de torre y la verdad fue suficiente.
The location and the buffet was so good
There were mosquitoes in the room, which didn't allow to sleep.
The noise between rooms is not isolated enough. You can hear everything from other rooms.

El desayuno y la atencion en restaurante fue buena, la limpieza general bien, el elevador es pequeño pero agregaran uno nuevo, la ubicacion es excelente.
A pesar de no tener A/C TAMPOCO cuentan con ventilador por lo que tenia que abrir las ventanas las cuales NO cuentan con mosquitera por lo que recibi piquetes de mosquito todas las noches, de suerte no me contagie de dengue. El cancel del baño no cerraba y se abria solo por lo que se regaba agua por todo el piso del baño al tomar una ducha, reporte esto en recepcion y jamas fueron a arreglarlo!
