Pros:

I appreciated the closeness to the beach, the cottage style rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a quiet location. They allowed our doggies to stay for a reasonable fee. They had cute gathering spaces with picnic tables and a fire pit. Very cute grounds. Will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

If I had to pick one thing, it's to have better coffee in the room.

A lovely stay, but definitely nothing to write home about.
Pros:

The property was nice. The office offered some basic snacks and coffee. There was a fire pit and a couple of seating areas scattered throughout the property. The grounds were well kept. The bed was very very firm. Maybe a 3-4in thick mattress. The room was nice but you could tell it was very cheaply furnished. Couch wasn’t very comfortable. The fire place couldn’t actually be used. The patio was a nice plus, especially at night.

Cons:

The rooms should have assigned parking spots. A couple of times we had to walk from the other end of the property because there was no open parking spot near our room. Annoying but not a huge deal.

Convenient affordable accommodations.
Pros:

Location and price. Coffee, fresh fruit, and croissants at office. I like being in a cottage rather than a small hotel room.
