Perfect hotel for the price, spacious, great wifi and A/C, comfortable bed and smiley staff. What else do you need?!
Very close to Metro station as well.

Spacious non-smoking room with a fair amount of facilities given, i'm thankful that my room was clean and has no issue of aircond, leaking or anything, thank you for the good experience here!

A convenient place to stay as there were so many shops nearby… So many eating place within walk-in distance.

The staffs were friendly.

The toile was super dirty. So much of fungus on the floor shower area glass panel. Though the toilet bowl was clean.

very disappointed because,,my booking room actually have window and wide area,,,but when check in,,there are no more that type of room,,,very disappointed

A very friendly so so helpful/understandable staffs attended during checkin and checkout. Strategic location closed to LRT stn and restaurants. Room was nice and clean as per advertised picture in the website. I love the design concept of toilet seperated between wet and dry area. Toothkit provided really make me happy compare to other hotel I stayed before. A suggestion to provide a coffee sache in every room is highly value added for me for the next stay. Can't wait to be back again for next trip. Thumbs up for the management of this hotel and their staffs for every single cents I have paid.

The location is quite good as nearby have everything like restaurant and easily to grab a car. The room is clean and the mattress is good quality that i had a good rest. Highly recommend to those who came for a short trip.

This hotel claims to be a business hotel, but we don’t believe it lives up to its claims.
Our main contentions with this being a business hotel was due to the wifi not working for our entire stay, breakfast only starting at 7:30am and the lack of customer service skills of the staff. After explaining that we needed breakfast earlier than 7:30am we were told that the restaurant that serves the breakfast is a 24 hour restaurant and they would ask if we could have breakfast earlier. We followed up again the morning before we were to leave and were told again that they would check with the restaurant. We asked the restaurant directly and they said it would be fine. However on the day we needed the early breakfast there was no one at the front desk of the hotel to give us our breakfast coupon and the restaurant wouldn’t serve us without the coupons. There was a mobile number at the front desk for us to call and we fortunately had a mobile so we could call them, but it was very frustrating and we don’t know why they didn’t just give us the breakfast coupons when we checked in rather than doling it out to us each day. Breakfast itself was fine. You can choose one of three options for a meal and it comes with tea (the hotel told us it also came with an egg, but the restaurant had removed that option).
On the positive side, it is reasonably well located if you want to be close to transport connections in and out of KL. It is located in a shopping area less than five minutes walk from the nearest train station and just one stop from the TBS transport hub. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the TBS bus terminal, which runs buses to other parts of Malaysia as well as buses to KL international airport, which at 11 ringgit per person is a very convenient way to get to the airport.
We would not recommend walking here from TBS as we found it very difficult to find the pedestrian walkway that takes you across the highway from TBS to the side of the road that De Elements is on. It is only 1.30 ringgit to catch the train one stop to the station closest to the hotel.
Our check in experience was fairly straightforward, although we found the English language skills of the staff was not of the same level as hotel staff that we’d spoken to in other hotels across Malaysia.
The rooms were small but comfortable enough. The towels had a few holes and stains but were serviceable. The bathroom is a little unusual, with frosted glass and a door that swings between the shower and the entranceway. The soap dispenser in the shower is the only soap in the bathroom.
The first night we were there the cleaning trolley was left in the hall outside our room for a few hours. Our room was not serviced after the first night of our two night stay and we suspected that we needed to put out a sign specifically requesting for our room to be serviced in order for that to be done. As such we only received our two bottles of water on the first night.
There are signs stating that this is a non-smoking hotel, but we saw cigarette butts in an ashtray next to the lifts whenever we walked past and there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the halls. There is also a hole in the door to the utilities room.
Overall, this hotel could be improved with friendlier and more helpful staff, providing the breakfast coupons at check in and having a buzzer or intercom so that you can more easily contact staff after hours.

The executive room is big n clean. Many restaurants nearby within walking distant. Like the Heat Spa n foot massage center very cosy. Good price and service. Will definitely come back to stay again next trip.

We stayed there because it was close to the bus terminal. Rooms are very clean. Walls are thin. But you get what you pay for.
Staff are very nice.
There are some 24h restaurant around and small shops.

Everything just normal. Nothing extraordinary or too bad.

No housekeeping. No change of towels even though receptionist says it is a daily task for the cleaner. Otherwise, it is ok.

The service provided was worth the money. Front office staff were mostly friendly. It was easy to find food as there were a lot of choices nearby. There are 4 mamak restaurants, a muslim chinese restaurant, several other restaurants and a food court for local cuisine.
The only downside is the limited parking and congestion especially during daytime. I was driving and it takes a bit of luck to get a parking spot.

幸好冷氣還可以。最不滿是突然告訴要收每天RM10的額外稅, 還要我們付每間房RM100的按金, 但之前沒有通知。
走時酒店說有煙味一定要向我們扣除按金, 真的很不愉快
我們連續住三晚, 但酒店根本一天都沒有人來打掃過房間, 還要向我們扣錢
每間房只可給我們一張房卡, 十分不方便

Zimmer schön aber schlechter bzw kein service. Ausstattung für ein buisness hotel mau, aber dafür günstig.
