Please improve the facilities, service frequency, food, and quality
Pros:

I like the room, it's clean even it's a bit smaller than the price. I like the cartoon book at the reception and 24/7 coffee services

Cons:

The harbourland looks older and smaller than I expected. The other children's facilities were also limited by time and crowded. The high room rate must include something special, like a fast-track service. One more thing about the pool, the balloons are so hot in the afternoon, it should have something, like a water pump, to make it ready for playing

And one important thing about food, it was so bad and did not match the room rate
