Izba plna pavucin a pavukov, balkom zakakany od holubov a nikomu to nevadi. Na ranajky v ponuke jogurty za 20centov, ziadne oriesky a pod ku musli, pte deti hiadna krupicka ci palacinky, pecivo zo vcerajsieho dna, nedojedeny tanier odneseny aj ked bolo jasne ze niesu ranajky ukoncene. V platenom wellnese v jednej virivke nefunkce vsetko, v druhej ina jedna cas trysiek- pritom je tam uvedeny zakaz manipulacie s virivku lebo vsetko je nastavene ako ma byt. Sklamanie.

Měli by se postarat o kvalitu pokju.
WC vadne prkenko nedalo se na tom piřadně sedet. Chybelo mydlo v dalvkovači. Uvádite bar v pokojich, ale ten byl prázdny i když lednice jela : )). Na pokoji zvlastni puch asi z klimy. Na snidani jsme chodili 9:30 a uz moc nedoplnovali, což je opravdu zvlasti, když zaplatite skoro 4000 kč za noc a djidate zbytky.... Asi bych toho našel ještě víc, ale to už nechám na dalších hostech. 4 hvezdy? Ta čtvrta co jim večer slabo svití na střeše by měla úplně zhasnout. Michal

Personál bol veľmi milý a ochotný.

Cons:

Veľmi úzke postele na izbe s oddelenými lôžkami, ráno nás zobudil papagáj, ktorý bol v klietke vo vnútri budovy.

Összességében a szoba cserével nem volt rossz az ott töltött két éjszaka.
Pros:

A szálloda maga szép, kellemes környezetben van. A lift gyors, alig kellett rá várni, a személyzet készséges, kedves, igyekeztek megoldani a problémákat. A medencék körüli terület is kellemes, a víz mélysége is kiváló.

Cons:

A TV-én nem volt bejövő jel. A recepción jeleztem, rögtön jöttek is megnézni és kb fél órás küzdelem után sikerült beállítaniuk. Ezt követően kiderült, hogy a fürdőkádból nem folyik le a víz, a lefolyó tekerő nem működött a dugó pedig annyira rászorult, hogy kézzel sem lehetett mozdítani. Miután ezt is jeleztem, így másik szobát kaptunk. Ott már minden működött, de alig hogy a WC papír tartóról letekertem a papírt, a tartó szerkezet leesett a falról. Úgy látom hogy vagy a munkavégzéssel van a baj, vagy pedig a beépített eszközök silány minőségűek.
