Pros:

Staff were friendly and very attentive, breakfasts were excellent. Hotel was in great location about a seven minute walk into the centre of town.

We will stay again when visiting Bath and are already looking at sister hotel in Bishopstrow.
Pros:

Ever step of the customer experience had been thought through. From check-in to check-out. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, explained things and took an interest in their guests. The bedroom was nicely decorated, with air con (really don't know what we would have done with out it) lovely sheets and towels and a Dyson hairdryer. Treats for guests (no extra charge) were offered throughout and at checkout (water and flapjacks for the onward journey is a nice touch). And, the walk into centre of Bath and the Holburne Museum took minutes.

Cons:

Car park was a bit of a challenge until we realised there was another next door.

Enjoyable but with some minor issues
Pros:

Location was good, view from room was good

Cons:

Noisy plumbing all night, bed uncomfortable, continental breakfast was not self serve, no instant coffee in room

Pros:

A beautiful, spotless hotel with gorgeous décor and thoughtful attention to detail. Excellent service, lovely products, a delicious evening meal and plenty of breakfast choice. Fantastic shower, incredibly comfy bed and genuinely dog-friendly too. A wonderful stay.

Bon emplacement pour visiter Bath, Personnel à l'écoute et sympathique. Déco "à la mode". Très bon petit déjeuner, terrasse extérieure agréable. Restaurant sur place. Chambre petite mais confortable. Notre chambre donnait sur une grande aire de jeu avec une très belle vue. Très propre. Attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite: les escaliers sont raides (comme dans toutes les maisons anciennes à Bath...).

Rien, tout était bien.

Pros:

Fabulous location, easy walking distance to everything. The staff were awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful about the area. Being greeted with a hand written card in our room was a nice personal touch. The room was quiet & very comfortable. One of the best beds we’ve experienced in the uk & great water pressure in the shower (maybe it’s weird to comment on, but having experienced showers that were barely a trickle…) the soap/shampoo/conditioner smelt divine! Loved the quirky decor 🥰

There’s nothing that stands out 🤔

De vriendelijkheid van iedereen, het ontbijt, gratis water en cola, airco op de kamer

Cons:

Airco in ontbijt/dinnerruimte stond veel te koud. Het was er niet aangenaam zitten.
Eten dinner kon beter.

Alles war super, nett, freundlich, liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Mitarbeiter und Frühstück!
Zimmer, Badezimmer, Bett, Dusche, Rezeption, Eingangsbereich, Fußboden etc. waren sehr schön! Sehr, sehr schöne, liebenswerte, liebenswerte und sehenswerte Stadt! Immer wieder sehr gerne. Die Menschen sind sehr, sehr gastfreundlich und freundlich. Immerwieder gerne Barth und dieses Hotel. Waren zum ersten Mal in Bath, hoffentlich kommen wir wieder!
