A very comfortable and well managed stay, staff were very good.
Pros:

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly and very efficient. The mix of an old style and a quirky style to the hotel trally worked well we would definitely visit again. The restaurant was also good and sitting outside for breakfast was really nice.

The hand written welcome card on the bed was a nice touch as was the hand written birthday card for my partner, thank you.

Cons:

I have some observations, not complaints. The parking was charged at £20 per night which was fine but although parking facilities were implied in the photos I didn’t know anything about the charge until I had a curtesy call just before the visit. I think the charge should of been made more obvious during the booking phase.

Another observation - it was nice to receive an email before our visit saying you were looking forward to our visit, but I didn’t need five of them.

Quirky hotel great location in a good area. Wil go back.
Pros:

Quirky hotel, hard working staff in the bar serving drinks and food. Beautiful outside area to enjoy your drinks and good. Reception really helpful.

Cons:

We were on a high floor, no lift and lots of stairs and at night there were no lights on the stairs near the bedroom.
Shower needed attention. Only minor things really

Tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Restaurant, das ein sehr stimmiges und besonderes Design hat.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit optimaler Lage um Bath zu besuchen. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Tolles Team, das immer super hilfsbereit war. Bar und Restaurant hatten eine sehr gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken mit höchster Qualität.

Cons:

Die Platzverhältnisse in der Toilette im Zimmer waren sehr eingeschränkt. Im Verhältnis war die Dusche fast zu groß.

Excellent stay, we would definitely rebook over any other hotel in Bath and would love to return!
Pros:

Hotel is wonderfully quirky, I had to take photos of the decor, all very well curated. Upgraded both our rooms on arrival. Both had great views. Fabulous breakfast which was ordered and served to us. Complementary waters, soft drinks, coffee machine, fruit choice and a sweetie bar. On departure we were given water and homemade flapjacks for the trip home. All the staff were a credit to the hotel. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bath, the centre of which was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Cons:

Parking charge of £20 per night seems a little steep but we did appreciate the freedom to park close to the hotel and not having to worry about the car being parked elsewhere.

Everything! The Bird was an excellent hotel for us. Clean, quirky, modern bohemian vibe. Loved staying there..!!!

Maybe the bathroom sink could have been smaller so I could get closer to the mirror for shaving, but I’m being picky here.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, will 100% stay again. Beautiful, clean, friendly hotel.

Overall an enjoyable stay in a quality hotel
Pros:

Friendly , helpful staff. Attractive surroundings.Delicious breakfast with homemade yoghurt and muesli a real winner. Quality towels,bedding and comfortable bed. Complimentary treats really appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately for us as we're older and less agile, the walk in shower I requested and the toilet and washbasin were actually in the bedroom itself and not in a separate bathroom. Although toilet and shower were either side of the wash stand,they were small and awkward for us to use. We'd definitely choose a different room next time.
