Pros:

O local é muito bonito. Os drinks gostosos e boa localização. A senhora que arrumava o quarto um doce e fazia tudo com capricho.

Cons:

Falta vida. Não tem um quadro um arranjo. Esperamos para o checkin 20minutos. Tudo é pago, até gelo e limão para água ou refrigerante. Os funcionários são pouco atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar. A praia na frente do hotel tem muitas pedras e acabei me machucando e nenhum dos funcionários que estavam na praia falou sobre isso.

Maravilhosa!
Pros:

Jardim muito bem conservado, o lago recuperado etc. A limpeza dos ambientes. Staff focado na sua atividade. Todos estão de parabéns!

El predio parqueado y bien mantenido. Calidad de la comida. Servicio en la playa.

Cons:

Falta gerenciamiento. Nadie en el hotel hablaba español. Los cardapios están solo en portugués, ni siquiera en inglés. No están digitalizados en un qr.
Todas las noches cenamos en el hotel con vino. Una de las noches era el cumpleaños de mi esposa, pedí permiso para llevar un espumante qué tenia y me lo negaron. Ni siquiera me propusieron cobrar el descorche.
El agua mineral es muy cara. Deberían haber bidones de autoservicio.
Mucho personal, bien intencionado, pero poco preparado para turismo internacional.
