Didn’t even stay

Cons:

i arrived around 4:15 am and booked my room a little after midnight and i get to the hotel i can’t check into my room because they moved there computer to the next day or whatever. i already paid online and still haven’t got my money back because the property doesn’t answer there phone. i should get my money back for a room i was not able to stay in.

The room was very clean but there was water pressure issues in bathroom
Pros:

The manager that checked us in was amazing and very accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

The toilet wouldn’t flush and there was a pounding sound she. The water pressure wouldn’t work and I am very allergic to weed and we informed a male worker with painted rainbow nails whom wouldn’t speak to us about the situation and he said he doesn’t know what to do about it and I had hives all over my neck and chest from the weed. Since we felt unheard and not listened to we left at 6 am

Rooms come with Bed Bugs
Pros:

Beware of BED BUGS!!! Booked for 2 nights and only stayed one. After reports of bed bugs from 4 other guests of this hotel I did a thorough search of room 315 and found a live and a dead bed bug - see picture. After my son saw the bed bugs himself there was no way we were staying another night. Turns out it was too late. The bed bugs had got me. See 2nd picture for one of the bites I received. Yes, I received multiple bites and if you are wondering they are itchy.

I called the hotel manager on Monday morning and asked for a refund and she said that they had a "3rd party" inspecting the room and wouldn't do refunds without corporate's approval. I was informed 2 days later that the company they paid to inspect the rooms didn't find any evidence of bed bugs in any of the 5 rooms that complained. Go figure. I appealed to Legacy Management, their corporate company, and they hired the same company to come back out and issue the same conclusion.

I can tell you I didn't take the dead or the live bed bug with me. Either the company they paid gave them the answer they wanted or they actually deep cleaned the rooms, which would have been the first time in a long while. At this point I am reserved to the reality that I won't be receiving my money back. Lesson learned. I urge those reading this to avoid the same fate I suffered.

It is clear that this hotel will go to great lengths to avoid doing the right thing for their customers. I'm sure they will post a response that they take cleanliness seriously and they value their customers. I'm still waiting on the report they offered to share with me from the company they paid to give them the information they wanted to get. I wonder if it will be written on MyPlace letterhead.

Its your decision if you choose to stay at this hotel, but don't say you weren't warned.
