Categories

Cleanliness
6
Multiple reviews cite dust, dirty rooms, mold/ceiling issues, clogged showers and generally poor cleanliness in some rooms.
Service
8.5
Mixed but generally positive: several reviews praise helpful/excellent staff and early check-in; some report unhelpful or incompetent front-desk behaviour and noisy cleaning staff.
Location
9.7
Consistently praised: central location, very close to train/metro, bikes and public transport, convenient for visiting Rotterdam.
Room Quality
7
Mixed: some guests find rooms comfortable with good beds; others report very small rooms, uncomfortable mattresses/pillows, dark bathrooms and occasional leaks.
Amenities
7.5
Mixed mentions: free coffee appreciated and parking available (secure), but missing items noted (no bottled water in rooms, no terrace as advertised) and parking costs are high nearby.
Value for Money
6.5
Several guests feel the hotel is expensive for what is offered (small rooms, cleanliness issues); one review notes good price-performance if price remains stable.
Food and Beverage
8
Mixed impressions: one review calls breakfast first class, others find breakfast expensive for what it is or note breakfast not included.
Overall Experience
7.6
Varied stays from 'brilliant' to 'horrible'; overall a mixed but generally positive experience driven by strong location and some good staff interactions, tempered by cleanliness and room-size issues.
