Exceptional stay with great staff, nice room with view of Matterhorn and good breakfast.
Pros:

Fantastic room with good view of Matterhorn. Room seems to be newly renovated and everything looks very new and nice.

Cons:

A bit far from Zermatt station but there’s free green line bus to take though.

This was an excellent hotel for our special week in Zermatt
Pros:

Great hotel near the Matterhorn Express Gondola station. We had a suite with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We could walk to the village or catch the free bus which stopped very close

Cons:

We would have liked a small refrigerator in the room. There was a tour group there 2 days and that group really impacted the breakfast area. I suppose that is to be expected at times in Zermatt.

You HAVE to book the mountain view room. It’s an absolute once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Cons:

The elevator going up from the bus stop is down for maintenance, and they didn't even give a heads-up! I had to lug my bags all the way up the stairs.

Pros:

Lovely hosts, offered a free upgrade due to the hotel having a large group leave on the day I arrived, a lovely gesture and very much appreciated.
Ideal location for me as it was away from the bustle, but easy to take a bus and go in.
Incredible view of the matterhorn.

Cons:

Breakfast wasnt great
Not ideal location for people who enjoy the busi-ness of the centre.
