Comfortable, convenient and practical.
Pros:

The staff are excellent - the emails and information we received before our late arrival were most helpful, and we received good advice and assistance throughout our stay. The hotel is comfortable, warm and well positioned near the ski lift, with an excellent view of the Matterhorn. Facilities are good.

Cons:

The breakfast was fine but a bit limited.

Pros:

near to the cable bahnstation. Warm, large and clean room with a really nice view of Matthorn. You can enjoy your sunrise and sunset in your balcone. Very nice experience, i'd like another holiday time here.
