The location was great and the hotel, very clean and inviting to the eyes.

Breakfast was good.
Only problem was next door room blasting TV at full volume late night.

had a pool to myself. CVS right next door. Flat pillow was good for me

Front door and reception staff very friendly and supportive. Location is excellent and price for rooms probably reasonable, as practically no alternatives exist in the area. AC was well adjusted and easy to handle.

Breakfast was really good. Very surprised there were so many choices. People were super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Walking in to the hotel, I was immediately greeted with the smell of cleanliness and the physical surroundings were just as kempt and tidy. When traveling and visiting places, the hygiene standards is what attracts me and they exceeded those expectations. The staff are courteous, kind, helpful and overall doing a fantastic job of keeping their hotel running with pride. The breakfast was simple with a balanced mix of hot/cold and healthy alternatives. I think it hits just what one needs to start the day. Our room was just as clean and tidy as the lobby from dusting to properly cleaning the floors. From the top to the bottom, this place is a well-running organization and again, the pride in what they do, shows. Will most certainly return when we are visiting NSB since its out of the ruckus and fray, of being near the coagulated/congested people-filled areas of the beachside. Its set far away enough to offer the peaceful vibes of a quiet town and close enough to get the beach scene/downtown exposure. Thank you to the staff who keep the comforts of home and the courtesy to match.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and ready to help with what ever the need was. The rooms were clean.the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and refilled constantly.

Nothing much "like worthy" so I'm starting with the only bad. The grounds need landscaping. All kinds of weeds, dead palms, dying parts of a hedge, parking lot wax completely littered every single day with fast food containers & pizza boxes. The rooms in the hotel are very very loud. The doors to the rooms slam shut all night long & during the day people just walk out of their rooms & let the doors slam behind them. Not once did we slam our door, we pulled our door shut quietly so we know other people can do the same thing. House keeping is good, nice cleaning people, however they also yell on spanish to each other back & forth & bang their carts pretty loud into the walls, it was not pleasant to stay somewhat so noisy especially since I was there because my husband passed away SO quiter would have bee nice. The people staying there also yell back & forth to each other down the hallway it was really bad. The hotel rooms need remodeling, they are aging & need work, alot of dust, the air conditioner blows cold air which was great but it's old rusty & flaking metal coming off it. Beds are comfortable but they use sheer curtains for a too sheet cover, queen-sized beds had standard suxec pillows instead of queen & the pillow cases didn't fit they were way too big. Bathrooms need remodeling as well bathtub is permanently stained & shower curtains are horrible & need to be replaced. NOW for the price gouging, I should report that because for 7 nights for a hotel stay with no bar, no room service, & a pool in front in the parking lot should NOT cost someone 1400.00 😳😳 Yep! I got no senior discount or discount for booking 7 nights there were no special events in town & the hotel was not busy at all so why 1400.00+ dollars. My husband passing & me just selling our home is why I needed a place to stay while transitioning to a new home. 1400+ dollars was shocking & hurt my budget.

Just arrived home to Ireland from a quick four night stay here, I honestly didn't find a fault , they had a small buffet for breakfast which was complimentary free and tasty.
But for me the staff were the highlight.
