“Hot” food was barely warm, and other food did not appear fresh.

Cons:

Rooms ok but there was hair in floor (didn’t appear to have been vacuumed)
Front desk staff barely spoke when I checked in or out.

Won’t be back
Cons:

Rude staff, don’t expect any accommodations if needed. Inedible breakfast. Cleaning person threw away my daughter’s bag of gifts she had prepared. Didn’t recover. By far the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel.

Very clean, and comfortable, all our needs met by a very good staff
Pros:

The facility was immaculately clean and organized. The staff was friendly but very professional at the same time. The breakfast was varied with great choices.

Cons:

With the parking going all the way around it was difficult to locate the entrance. There was no drive way up to the entrance, it was all parking lot. Could have used more light in the parking area.

Nice place right next to Galleria Mall
Pros:

We recently stayed for a week during Christmas. The hotel was clean, well equipped if you wanted to cook or BBQ. The day shift front desk person, KAYLA was so friendly, even when working on Xmas eve and Day. We even got her a gift because of her attitude working a holiday.

Rooms were not very clean. Not accessible for scooter for my recent surgery. Bed was not comfortable at all. Not a good experience overall.
