Overpriced, dirty and uncomfortable.
Pros:

The location was convenient enough for where I needed to go and what I needed to do.

Cons:

My room was not clean. Hair on the bathroom floor from a previous guest. Toilet paper hadn't been replaced and no extra roll in the room. Mold all over the shower tiles. There is a second sink and shower heads that don't work. The layout of the room is strange and does not maximize space. Tile floors are cold and not very cozy or comfortable. The tub next to the bed is odd. The window doesn't open all the way (strange sliding doors cover the window). Bed was dirty. Sheets stained. Uncomfortable mattress. A condom was included in the bathroom kit, so maybe I just didn't realize what kind of hotel I booked. Way overpriced.

Would not recommend. Live and learn experience
Pros:

The floor in the room was tile, cleaner than carpet.

Cons:

Location was far from airport, transportation was not available like it says. I arrived late and was told to get a taxi by hotel staff. But when I checked out after one night, was told transport was only available when you stay three nights or more, and that was not stipulated. Breakfast was terrible. Food didn’t have labels, and I have an allergy to shellfish, so I was very careful. I just had toast and coffee. Selection was very limited, food was not fresh looking.

Pros:

Convenient location with some communication challenges
The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is right next to coffee shops, GS25, 7-Eleven, E-Mart, and other small stores, which made everything very easy. There is also a bus stop nearby, which was very helpful. The metro station is about a 15-minute walk away — a bit far, but still manageable.
The washing machine is free to use, which was great. You just need to buy a one-time detergent packet. That was very convenient for longer stays.
One challenge was that some staff members do not speak English, so it was difficult when we asked to have our room cleaned. After that, we used Google Translate to avoid misunderstandings, which helped.
The atmosphere of the hotel felt more like a place for couples — the lighting is quite dim and the overall vibe seems more suited for a romantic stay. Because of that, I personally felt it was not the most ideal place to stay with a child.
The room temperature was inconsistent — sometimes cold — and there were no clear instructions on how to adjust the heating, which made it uncomfortable at times.
Also, room service appeared to be available only for native Korean guests, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable when we wanted to order food to our room.
Overall, the location and laundry facilities were strong positives, but communication and family-friendliness could be improved.

발렛가능한 점

Cons:

숙소 먼지가 너무 많아요. 커튼 열고 닫을때마다 먼지가 피어오르고 전화기에도 먼지가 뽀얗게 쌓여있어요.
차키를 무조건 맡겨야한다는게 불편했어요. 자유롭게 주차할수 있는 공간이 있으면 좋겠어요

침대와이불으 너무 포근하고좋았어요.
Pros:

1층에 로비에 셀프계산으로하는 편의점같은곳이있어서 너무좋았다.비가너무많이와서 당일에 입은 옷을 그냥 두기우려웠는데 지하1층에 세탁기와 드라이기가 있어서 좋았읍니다 세제도 로비 편의점에서 구매할수있어서 편했어요 직원들도 너무친절하였습니다.저는 인천에 오면 이곳에 다시 숙박을 하고싶어요

수영장이있다고하여 이 호텔을 찾았지만 수영장은 따로 요금을 지불해야만 이용할수있어서조금 아쉬었다. 숙박을 하는 사람들에게는 할인율을 적용해서 저렴하게 이용할 수있으면 좋을것같다.
