Velmi dobré ubytování v Melbourne
Pros:

Nice stay at Parkville.
Pros:

Bathroom facilities checked everyday.
Basic kitchenware available for simple food prep.
Good location to travel by tram.
Safe surrounding at night.
Nearby parks for walking or jogging.
Excellent arrangement for late evening check in and early morning checkout without staff being present.

Cons:

Bins for the apartments were stored next to my room on ground floor. Although they were kept outside, the room got a bit smelly as waste lorry comes only on Sunday.

Not a place I would recommend to anyone at any price.
Pros:

The location adjacent to a tram stop was the only positive for this stay.

Cons:

Room cleanliness was poor. I had to ask that the rubbish bin be emptied and they only did that once in our 4 day stay.
Beds were not made, just pulled up (and not very well).
Worst of all - when showering on the last evening, I assumed all the towels had been replaced but found that they had been picked up from the floor and re-folded and put back on the rack. Disgusting.
We asked about the 'free internet' and were told 'it was the weather' that interrupted the signal but weather was perfect all 4 days and we had no signal at all.
I've been travelling for more than 45 years and never written a bad revue but this is without doubt, the worst motel I've had the misfortune to stay in.

We found park squire excellent location. Close to airport and easy to get there. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Nice property, great location
Pros:

Pros:

The location and the staff as well at the reception were very helpful and went out of their way to help us

Cons:

The people above had children thumping around in the middle of the night and also chairs scraping which woke us up. There should be better rugs maybe where there are chairs? So that people don’t get woken up. We also had people yelling in the corridor in the middle of the night also waking us up so it was a very noisy property.
