Pros:

Convenient location to Royal Children’s Hospital, nice and clean, comfortable sleep.

Cons:

A bit tired in its decor but nothing that detracted at all from our comfort. A few bowls/plates/cutlery would be handy. We bought cereal for breakfast from the servo across the road but had to eat it in a mug with a teaspoon :) no biggie though

This property was NOTHING. Like the photos it was ran down and not clean

Cons:

Location, the property looked nothing like photo on the internet the towels were ripped and old , there was spiderwebs everywhere it was ran down

Cons:

It was the only place on my road trip of 10 days that required a deposit ($100). Based on the condition of the damaged bathroom and apartment doors I could probably understand why and that’s due to having had bad guests in the past.
