Pros:

Very dirty and cramped. Not good buffet dinner. Whole place is filthy. Staff is very polite. The higher management should spend more money to upkeep this place. I would not recommend this place. The shopping area is good but very expensive.

Ok if you are a single traveler. Rooms are tiny so don’t bring your partners along. Shower acts weird, goes cold suddenly for few seconds.
Self laundry is nice. Breakfast is nice.

Pros:

Booked this place for 2 nights. Reached next day morning at 10:35 and the breakfast timing was till 10:30. Staff wasn’t courteous to provide even a cup of tea. Sorry, times up. We don’t have anything.
Rooms are too smal. Can’t even open your bag.

Carpet was filthy and beddings old. My dust allergies were activated within 10 minutes of being in the room, indicating poor cleaning. Customer service from reception and management was also terrible. They didn't care to address any of our concerns, and rather, were only fixated on emphasising that there was not going to be any refund for the decision we had made to check out. Either way, we had to check out the same day as it was totally inhabitable and the staff were indifferent to our complaints. There are far much better options in Gurgaon and at more competitive prices than what this hotel offers. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.
