otel eski hizmet servis kalitesi düşük içecek istedim yemek bitmeye yakın getirdiler seslenmezsen ısrar etmezsen kimse bi isteğin var mı diye sormuyor. fiyatını hak etmeyen bir hotel. tek güzel yönü muhteşem bir yerde abant gölünde ormanın içinde olması.

Yanlış anlaşılma olmasın, olumsuz deneyimler yaşayanların bunları yorum olarak yazmalarına müteşekkirim. Bu yorumu olumsuzlukları yaşayanları yalanlamak amacıyla değil benim gibi olumsuz yorumları çok fazla dikkate alıp tereddüt yaşayacak insanları aydınlatmak için yazıyorum. Otel eski bir otel. Konumu çok iyi odalardaki eşyalar eski fakat yıpranmış değiller. Bana göre otel odalarındaki en önemli iki konu yatak ve banyo. Banyolar yenilenmiş ve gayet temizdi. Yatak çarşafları ve yastıklar rahat ve hijyenikti. Odadakı halı ve perdeler de yeterince temiz durumdaydı. Isıtma mükemmeldi. Ne uyunamayacak kadar sıcak ne de üşüyecek kadar soğuktu. Akşam yemeğindeki menü dolgundu. Yemekler lezzetliydi. Sabah kahvaltısı da aynı şekilde bol çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Yoğun bir zamanda giriş yaptık. Resepsiyon hızlı bir şekilde bizi fazla bekletmeden giriş işlemlerini yaptı. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otopark yeterli büyüklükteydi. Kısacası biz çok memnun kaldık. Emeği geçen herkese bize bu güzel hafta sonunu yaşamamıza katkı sağladıkları için çok teşekkür ederiz.

70lerde yapılmış eski ama iyi korunmuş bir tesis. Mükemmel değil ama optimum denilebilir. Çok iyi bir kongre/toplantı merkezi seçeneği bence... Eğer havuzu, gece müziği, masajı, yemeği olsun ama bunların hiçbiri lüks olmasa da olur diyorsanız Abant gibi doğa harikası bir yerde fiyat performans açısından ilk tercih olabilir.

Only one issue, when booking directly from the hotel, it’s 50% cheaper the hotels.com & I found this in 2 hotels, for this reason I won’t use your service anymore, this so shameful and disgusting.

Hôtel défraîchi, en particulier les moquettes sales. Odeur de cigarette dans notre chambre. Plus de papier de toilette après une seule nuit, aucun rouleau de réserve.
Buffet dîner et petit déjeuner riche et bon.
Malheureusement, les environs ne sont pas préparés pour de la vraie randonnée, alors que les environs sont beaux.
Chambre standard à 230€ pour une nuit en basse saison, c'est un mauvais rapport qualité prix.

PROS - Prime location just next to Lake Abant, friendly and professional staff, delicious buffet style unlimited food for breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed live music concert with Mustafa after the dinner. His voice was amazing and he played our favorite songs with his guitar. Car parking was very easy. Lake access was accessible. We enjoyed spending some time in sauna and have a massage after a long day. Didem the massager was friendly and adjusted her pressure according to our needs. I’d definitely go Buyuk Abant Hotel again next time when we go to Lake Abant.

CONS - there was not enough towels for 2 people in our room. Only one big shower towel and one hand towel was placed in the bathroom. They provided more towels upon request but I’d expect to have enough towels and also a bathrobe ready upon arrival in a 5 star hotel. They didn’t read my room requests that I wrote during the booking.

The hotel location is excellent , the staff is so friendly, but it is so old , the furniture was very old also , the bed has only one lamp table, the room was small , there wasn’t A/C and they didn’t provide even a fan .

The location is great. The rooms are a big disappointment. Furniture is quite old. There are no even facial tissues in the room or in the bathroom. There are small paper cups for drinking water and also for tea and coffee. The curtains are not covering the windows and light is coming from the sides and in the middle. I wonder who rated this as 5 stars hotel!!. I would rate it as 2 or maximum lower 3 stars.
