The communication with the front desk. Felt pushed off to the building on the far side of parking when they had space in main building! Contestant upselling, couldn’t get my charger back returned, lost at front desk.

A comfortable hotel close to Colliano.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The thermal pool was wonderful. We found a great restaurant right across the street, Le Narici. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices.

Cons:

We arrived on May 26, 2026, for a two-night stay. Apparently, a new air-conditioning system had just been installed, and there were problems with it keeping the rooms cool. Our first night there, the A/C barely functioned. Hopefully the problem has been resolved.
