Alles in de appartement is oud en versleten personeel is wel aardig

Kakellack,flugor, fuskstädning, en elak städ personal som trakasserade oss för att vi klagade på fuskstädning. Aldrig mer på en sådan hotell.

We arrived on time to check in , while checking we have 2 friends with us , we booked the two bedroom apartment, they said friends weren’t allowed post 10pm which is ridiculous, I ve stayed over at many hotels and this approach was just unbelievable, they did not want to help us at all, infact asked us to pay 157 per guest if they wanted to stay over , overall in the end we did not check in we just left, horrible service

I liked that it was close to all shops and has good transport links.

Trevliga och hjälpsamma personal. Området, nära Metro. Nära Mat affär.

Rooms and overall apartment was spacious.
Kitchen was not fully equipped though, and appliances we're not all working.

I booked this hotel and it was amazing. Everything was perfect. The manager and staff members were very friendly and welcoming. It was an amazing experience.

hotel conforme au descriptif avec de bonnes prestations (bonne literie grande surface de l'appartement) idéalement situé entre deux stations de métro acdb à 5 minutes et burjuman à 10 minutes à pied (station qui communique avec la ligne rouge et verte du métro)
l'hotel se trouve à 5 minutes à pied d'un supermarché ouvert 24h/24 et à moins de 10 minuutes du carrefour situé au burjuman mall
personnel de l'hotel à l'écoute des clients , très réactifs et de bons conseils pour passer un agréable séjour.
au niveau des frais supplémentaires taxe de tourisme de 20AED par jour et par appartement, cependant aucune caution réclamée à l'arrivée.
pour résumer bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hotel je recommande à 100/100

Hôtel très très bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport, les plages, les lieux à visiter (il faut compter environ 20mn de ces lieux en voiture que nous avions loué), supermarché situé à 5 mn à pied et ouvert 24h/24h.
Un peu déçu au niveau de la propreté (appartement, sauna) et de l'insonorisation (appartement situé côté rue).
Rien à redire par contre au niveau de l'accueil, de la politesse et de l'amabilité du personnel.
Aucune mauvaise surprise concernant l'arrivée, le départ, pas de suppléments cachés !
Des problèmes de bruit suite à un nouveau bâtiment en construction à proximité.

Le ménage quotidien se faisait en 5 mn pour un 80 m2 ???. Le passage des femmes de ménage se faisait tout les jours à 19h ???. Meuble ancien et cassé.
Le électroménager rouillé. Une télévision avec programme très limité. Le meilleur c' est le matelas que j' ai demandé, à être changé pendant 4 jours à l accueil l homme m à répondu OK sans soucis et bien non rien n'a était fait. résultat vous m'avait gâché mon séjour sur le plan sommeil ainsi qu' à mon épouse. Une honte. Une honte. J espère que vous ne recevais pas vos amies ou famille de la sorte. Dieu merci nous ne sommes pas venu à dubai pour passer notre séjour (nuit et jour) dans votre hôtel. Une honte.
Je suis déçu. Impossible de vous recommander.

Would be more better if they were doing catering service.

Decent hotel in a central location with super markets, malls and eateries at a walking distance. Metro and bus stations closeby as well.

Restroom had leakage and asked them to fix and wasn't taken care. Room wasn't clean.

Good hotel with friendly staff

An unexpected surprise. Much better than I expected. Nice friendly staff. Free wifi. Clean and spacious. Will definitely stay again.

Stay was really good. Except the swimming pool was out of order

worst hotel ever

Hotel location is unknown to all the taxi driver that I engaged. Basic furnishing with limited hanger in the wardrobes and without hairdryer. Cockroaches clawing in the kitchen. Friendly staff. 5 minutes walk to 24 hours Supermarket and 13 minutes to Metro
