This is my second time booking at this luxury hotel, the service is very good, the cleanliness is high quality, the security is excellent, however I recommend leaving your jewelry and money in the safe with the secret codes. The location is close to cafes, restaurants and other nice entertainment places, the hotel is adjacent to Armada Mall, I recommend it.

I like the Mercure because most of the staff was nice. Except the belle spa, multiple times I tried to get a package to relax. And was ignored. Multiple times. The food was great though and staff was always cleaning.

Otopark hizmeti oldugu icin aldım ama otelin otoparkının girisi cok alcak oldugu icin özel otoparka 500 tl karsılıgında aracımı park ettim. En azından alcak otopark girisi diye bildirilebilirdi
