Pros:

Close to main raiilway station and many eateries/ coffee shops near by.
Staff lovely.
Everything we needed including laundry. No gym. .

Cons:

Room was a box. .Bathroom a module requiring one to step over high ledge to get into shower. Managed ok but wouldn't have been great if we were not reasonably strong and mobile.
Will be sure to check room size for future bookings.

お風呂のエコライン、お風呂のカーテンの使い方説明、コンセントの使用器具の表示
など分かりやすかった
柄の壁紙とシースルーのカーテンがおしゃれ
タオルがふわふわで　肌触り良かった
スタッフが感じ良かった

Cons:

お風呂の洗面器の下が　汚れが取れてなかった。入浴中に　目の高さになる

Great location, accommodating staff, tidy rooms
Pros:

We ended up booking on a whim because of an emergency, but the staff accommodated our late arrival perfectly, and took care of our luggage far beyond the checkout time of 10am. The rooms are clean, and the location great for stays close to the tokyo station.
