Very disappointing stay - not up to Marriott standard
Cons:

First, the room maintenance was very poor. The basin could not drain properly, and the makeup mirror light was broken. Before I went out around 1 p.m., I saw a toilet plunger and a very dirty cloth left right in front of my room door — it was extremely unhygienic.

When I came back around 4 p.m., I went to the Executive Lounge for some drinks. However, there was no staff attending the lounge at all. I had to walk to the front desk to ask for someone to come. Later, when I wanted to pay, I kept waiting and even though one staff saw me, she didn’t come over to help.
