Accessible help full staff even the security guard were so helpful because im a disabled person receptionist we’re accommodating

Staff are disgusting and unaproachable.
We asked for wifi password on arrival and was told why are we asking?

Went out for dinner. Brought home the extra food. Called to reception to ask for a plate. Was told to put down the room phone.

And showers have no hot water....

So we left and booked an air BnB.

This is not the standard of a 3 star hotel.

Sadly looking on their facebook reviews the bad tenpered rude staff is common for lots of guests....

Clear out your shit staff ¡!!!!!

موظفي الاستقبال فتره الصباح البنات يعتقدون اني لا اجيد اللغه الانجليزيه قامو بالضحك علي والاستهزاء لان عربي لقد تركتهم و اجزم أن اداره الفندق غير راضيه على ذلك
قدمو الغرفه لي متهالكه النافذه مكسوره لا يوجد خزانه امان
ورجعت لهم فورا لتغير الغرفه وتأففو من الامر وكأني اطلب شي من مالهم وكلما طلبت منهم شي كأنهم زعلانين مني لايوجد ابتسامهم منهم يزعلون فورا عند التحدث معهم

外からの音が，7時ぐらいから夜2時ぐらいまで続いてリラックス出来ない

Pros:

In general the staff were great. Were a bit off hand when I first arrived..maybe they were near the end of their shift..maybe I was tired from flight. After that the next 6 nights great! Very clean, great breakfast all in very comfortable. I would go back for sure
