Love this place. We plan on returning soon. The beach access and quiet setting are wonderful.

Loved the Location and setting- Caretakers were down to earth and very friendly.
Only issue was the mattress- one side was damaged or over warn- otherwise everything was wonderful.

Dated facilities, bathroom sink faucet difficult to operate, jiggling around to try and get hot and cold water, no hand towels, no kleenex, we stayed for 2 nights, two people, 3 bath towels and 3 wash cloths? 2 coffee bags, Should I be great full for that? For a little over $200 a night for 1 small room with a small bathroom .....
First time in Cocoa Beach. Went there to watch a rocket launch.

Didn’t expect to get the room right behind the office, but it was great. Never an issue, plus our window faced the ocean so we had amazing views of afternoon thunderstorms while we played perquacky. Fantastic instate weekend getaway.

the property manager Dee and her husband were fabulous. Shout out to TJ hes a wonderful man and took care of us also.Everything ran smoothly, clean and well kept. We will be back!

Everything was just wonderful.
I liked the outside atmosphere.
We weren't notified that their was construction on the beach thru out the night Friday and limited beach access bc of it. Also, the door was broke wouldn't lock unless you slammed it.. the windows were off track and not completely closed. It was suppose to have kitchen in the unit... according to the descriptions for 240 a night none of this was acceptable but too late to change at this point!
Everything was perfect only stayed 2 nights but it was perfect..

The room tax could have been lower at %12 but that's not the hotel's fault.
