Do not recommend.
Pros:

The cafe that is supposed to be open every day at 6am was closed so we were not able to eat before spending the day at the hospital.

Cons:

Felt like I was sleeping on bricks. Guest services went to the room next door for an issue they had and was very loud at 5am talking right outside of my door. Also there was a clinking noise all night long.

Exceptional service with a smile and welcoming home environment for the win!
Pros:

Always clean. Staff are wonderful and always so welcoming! They are very accommodating and helpful with information and assistance. Love that the room is always setup for me to just dive right in. Everything is cozy just like home.

Cons:

I did require a handicap bathroom with a hose in the shower and the part that hangs the hose was broken. That is literally my only complaint. I didnt realize it was broken and tried to hang it up and almost had an accident.

Pros:

Water problem and mold when told about the problem management got pissed very rude and told us we had to leave. We reported them to the health department. We have picture and video of tge way the manger talked to us

Pros:

The location is excellent. Shuttle service is excellent. Room size is great. Amenities like Kuerig coffee, refrigerator are great.

Cons:

No smart tv in room.
