Pros:

La ubicación y los cuartos siempre desde hace años han estado muy bien, por eso regreso.

Cons:

La comida del restaurante no es mala....es malisima!
El personal de la recepción siempre ha dejado mucho que desear, no son groseros pero son muy poco eficientes.

Todo, servicio pésimo del personal, muy mala actitud y la limpieza asquerosa, salieron cucarachas por todos lados hasta arriba de la cama y tengo los videos. Me he comunicado con el personal del hotel y no me dan solución.

Buena relación calidad - precio
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación pues era amplia, la facilidad de ventilación al poder abrir la ventana y la limpieza tanto de la recepción como de la habitación.

Cons:

La comunicación al llegar a la recepción fue casi nula, sólo me dieron la llave y no me indicaron nada sobre las amenidades o el restaurante, ni siquiera las indicaciones para llegar a la habitación.

Great location and good service.
Pros:

We were in Guadalajara for a family wedding and planned on staying for 8 days. ( My wife is fully bilingual , and my spanish is passable.) We prefer to stay in smaller, more unique hotels and the square fit the bill very, very well.

The Square doesn't have all of the amenities that a big hotel will. However, if you spend any time there, beyond one or two nights, you'll find the staff gets to know you and are very accommodating.

We found the hotel to be a good value for what it is. If it is in your budget, try to get the double room. Well worth of few extra dollars. There are several very good restaurants within easy walking distance. They are not bargains, but not excessive either. If and when we have occasion to come back and stay in Guadalajara, the Square will be my first choice.

Management annoyed & uninterested in Hotel Guest
Pros:

The management is rude and aggressive. The manager I spoke with does not belong in customer service. Nothing worked in the room. Safe did not Function. No Wifi access. Espresso machine did not work. The staff did nothing. Then the manager started aggressively arguing with us. Very Latin tough guy Machismo.

Great place to stay, work and enjoy!
Pros:

Finally, a Hotel in Mexico with good internet, not even good, it was high speed, Excellent!
The pool and gym are excellent, with towels and water in place.
Breakfast delicious. View from the terrace!

Cons:

The room was a bit too dark. No natural light. However, it was very comfortable, and the staff was very nice.
