Elevators fast and clean

Pillowcases are too small for the pillows.

The zipper for the comforter covers should be zipped or tied and placed on the bottom or end of bed.

Need washcloths and hand towels that are thicker

Que decepción !

Lo rescatable la ubicación, el lugar por lo general limpio

Cons:

Ofrecen un lugar con estacionamiento, sin embargo no especifica que no es para todo tipo de autos y que no siempre hay espacio , el estacionamiento es pequeño. Es molesto para mí que viajo con una persona con discapacidad llegar y que te digan que tienes que dejar tu carro afuera. Solo por llevar una persona discapacitada me ofrecieron dejar la camioneta adentro en doble fila, por cierto si tiene lugar de estacionamiento para discapacitados sin embargo lo ocupa un escritorio 😑. En ese aspecto la verdad estaba muy mal. Ocupe dos habitaciones en cual uno no cumplía con todos los servicios ofrecidos. Si lo notifique, y solo me dijeron estamos enterados 🙃. El desayuno no esta muy rico , es mejor comer afuera. Así que definitivamente no recomiendo el lugar. No volvería. Además de que tuve problemas con la reservación. No hay peor cosa que pagar por algo que no te ofrecen bien 😕.

La ubicación y las instalaciones fantásticas . El personal muy amable sobre todo el del restaurant, el desayuno muy completo y a buen precio. Muy tranquilo para dormir sin ruidos de la calle , atendieron a todas nuestras solicitudes con eficacia .

Pros:

Llevo mas de 25 veces hospedandome en el hotel.

Cons:

Me dieron la habitación 208 que es bastante regular, me prometieron cambiarme , nunca tuvieron la amabilidad de hablarme para saber que si podían hacer el cambio.
Por eso pongo que el personal no está al 100% sobre todo el del front desk

Está cerca ee muchos restaurantes, las habitaciones son muy amplias, el staff es amable

Cons:

El agua de la regadera se salía today, entonces el baño estaba inundado. Además, pedimos una secadora y se tardaron 1 hora en traerla.

Great ambiance, love the decor, breakfast was incredible, can't beat the location.

Cons:

hot water took awhile to warm up. safety box instructions is a little confusing. Fridge did not have room for stuff.

Perfecto hotel para descansar y disfrutar vacaciones !

Hotel pequeño boutique pero súper cómodo ,habitaciones amplias ,cama cómoda ,baño con todo y productos de buenos calidad , plancha ,balcones,y más y el personal fantástico Carla , Casandra ,y Don Juan y demás personal muy atentos y educados me sentí como en casa volvería de regreso muy recomendado .

La ubicación perfecta y muchos restaurantes cerca y el área muy segura y bonita , las habitaciones son muy grandes y silenciosas .
