Rancho La Aurora

I drove two hours and with two kids and when I arrived I was told the property was booked i was stranded it was almost night time not safe for me to drive back down since it was going to rain. Business is poorly run

al llegar nuestra reserva no estaba, el manager no estaba, varias llamadas para resolver, muy mal servicio, baños con frifos rotos, agua fria, aire condicionado roto, puertas de los baños q no cierran etc etcetc, ni hablar del desayuno .... todo esto con una tarifa de un hotel de 5 estrellas en pleno centro de NY

Unexpected fees. The owner makes the stay uncomfortable because he harassed me with fees. I did not enjoy my stay at all other than the nice staff, who went above and beyond to try to accommodate me. Although, im sure the nice treatment was based on my generous tips to them. Please do not come here! Go to a different place- yes the views are nice but thats basically it. Go to the other ranches in that area. The food is not included in your stay, and the prices does not match the taste-worthiness. I had to pay for everything, including water! There were large roaches in the rooms, and the bathrooms are not as clean. The rooms do not have televisions and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. If i havent made it clear, DO NOT COME HERE!! Spend your money elsewhere, you'll regret it if you dont!!

Owner was only interested in taking our money. Credit card machine was broken so they insisted on taking photos of my passport, credit card and another form of ID. I wasn't comfortable with that but had no choice as we checked in so late. Room was basic, and a little dirty. Would never go here again

Too far from main road. Road in bad condition. Problem with hot water. No restaurant or other store close by.

No electricity during certain time
