Lovely place, poorly staffed.
Pros:

The suite was spacious, well laid out, and almost fully furnished.

Cons:

After arriving on time, I had to wait for my room to be cleaned. The staff offered to downgrade me to a studio suite for the same price if I didn't want to wait.
Throughout the three days I was there, I never they never cleaned again, as they "clean every other day." I was there 3 days.
Also, my room was missing the coffee machine. I'm sure I could have gotten one brought to me had I asked, but the staff had already made a poor impression.

Beautiful Lobby & Pool
COMFY bedding, Spacious King Room with Kitchenette!

Cons:

The smell was a bit strong, not sure if it was cleaning supplies used or the scent they use to blow throughout the room. It was strong but tolerable. If you allergies it could impact you.

After a long day of traveling my peace of mind was robbed when I arrived to a room with rodent feces
Pros:

We had rat poop in our room on the TV stand.
Did housekeeping even turnover the room or did the rodents come out after they turned the room over?

Cons:

The hotel clearly needs pest control services

Like a home away from home
Pros:

Great location and the size of the room was awesome! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Went with a group of friends and all of us were very satisfied

Room was basically clean, the staff was nice

Cons:

No toiletries..allergies to lavender and thats the only soap they had.. the shower had mold in it and breakfast was ok.
