Like a home away from home
Pros:

Great location and the size of the room was awesome! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Went with a group of friends and all of us were very satisfied

Room was basically clean, the staff was nice

Cons:

No toiletries..allergies to lavender and thats the only soap they had.. the shower had mold in it and breakfast was ok.

Enjoyed the Continental Breakfast, more than adequate, hot waffle maker, very nice assortment of entrees.
All Staff were friendly and helpful !
Rooms and kitchen were spacious, beds heavenly, bathroom was large and clean with nice toiletries

I felt the young man working when I checked in was uninvolved with my stay.
Cons:

1. The staff never brought the extra blanket and pillow for my daughter.
2. The room was hot air conditioner not functioning well.
3. The staff was on there cell phone each time I came to the counter. He was sitting on counter and on his phone.

Pros:

The facilities are very clean The staff is very helpful I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is close to a lot of restaurants, and the outlet malls are very close as well.

Cons:

My shower handles were a bit old and needed to be replaced. I was only able to shower and hot water. Also the thermostat is difficult to use I slept with the AC on the whole time
