Pros:

Die gute Lage nahe der großen Straße, aber den Verkehr hat man nicht gehört. Freundliches Personal. Die Bar mit Musik ist klasse. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück einfach, aber in Ordnung.

Cons:

Der Pool ist klein und war nicht allzu einladend, weil unter anderem nicht abgeschirmt vom Lokal.

Cons:

We booked two nights and left in less than 24 hours. That should say enough.

Minutes after checking in, we found mosquitoes all over the room and immediately asked to be moved. No replacement room was provided. By morning, we woke up covered in bites and found ants throughout the room.

The response? We were actually told the outside light was responsible for the insects. Seriously? Whatever attracts them, they were inside the guest room we paid to sleep in.

Then there’s the waterfront. The beautiful tropical water portrayed online was absolutely not what we experienced. The water was dirty-looking and full of seaweed. The reality was incredibly disappointing compared with the impression created by the advertising.

After everything, we asked for a refund for the second night we weren’t even going to use. They refused.

Mosquitoes. Ants. Covered in bites. Disappointing waterfront. No room change. No refund. No accountability.

We paid for two nights and couldn’t tolerate staying even 24 hours.

Absolutely unacceptable. Never again.

Oké maar boek dit niet nog een keer.

Het privé strandje

Cons:

De kamer was erg klein voor vier personen. Zodra iemand had gedoucht, werd de ruimte erg klam en vochtig, waardoor zowel de kleding als het beddengoed vochtig en klam aanvoelde. Ook vonden wij de bedden erg klein voor twee volwassen personen.

De dame die onze check-in verzorgde was helaas erg onvriendelijk, waardoor we ons niet echt welkom voelden. De mannelijke collega die het later van haar overnam, was daarentegen ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dat hebben we zeker gewaardeerd.

Het zwembad zelf was prima, maar ligt direct naast het tankstation voor de boten die daar aanmeren. De sterke geur van kerosine was helaas regelmatig aanwezig. Hierdoor was het niet prettig om langere tijd bij het zwembad te liggen.

Kamer heeft uitzicht op het water wat mooi is.

Al met al vonden wij ons verblijf helaas niet in verhouding staan tot de prijs die we ervoor hebben betaald. Voor deze prijs hadden we meer comfort en service verwacht.

Me gusta todo ? Ya estoy acostumbrada a estar ahí.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó, que como huéspedes no tenemos derecho a estar en las cabañas, y ya que el lugar es pequeño uno quiere un lugar para poder relajarse sin tantos visitantes, deberían cambiar eso .
