Very good for the price.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Miss the little restaurant but there was a nice selection of food you could purchase in guest services. Really nice outside gathering area for guests on the second floor. There is also a games room.

Cons:

If you don’t have a full motel, don’t put guests directly above others as the soundproofing is not good. We could hear the guest above walk across the floor every time they moved. Have pot smokers go off property not in front of guest doors. Not everyone likes that smell. Made us feel sick.

Overall, it was an affordable stay, but the room odor was a significant downside.
Pros:

The check-in process was simple and the staff were polite and helpful. The price was affordable and the location was convenient for a short stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room had a strong unpleasant smell that stayed on clothes and belongings, which made the stay less comfortable. It would really help future guests if the rooms were better ventilated or refreshed.

Won't stay here again out of fear we won't get what we actually booked online.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly on check in and the games room was neat to use.

Cons:

We were told there was 2 double beds in one of the rooms. The online description said 3 queen beds in the suite. We had two twins and a double bed. We also had dirty towels in the bathroom.

Wonderful, well cared for property.
Pros:

We were warmly greeted by the gentleman at the front desk & promptly checked-in. The lobby area is lovely. It has been nicely decorated, has a comfortable seating area, an automatic coffee machine that dispenses filter coffee as well as an array of espresso drinks. It was also very tidy & clean. Our room, with two queen beds, was large, immaculate, well cared for and very comfortable. It was nice to have a mini fridge & a microwave. I understand some rooms have air fryers, which is brilliant. It was really convenient to be able to purchase prepared meals from a fridge in the lobby. After a long drive, I didn’t feel up to going out to a restaurant. So I purchased a quesadilla which I heated up & it was delicious, with big chunks of chicken & came with sour cream & salsa. I also purchased a container of fresh strawberries, which were fresh & hit the spot. They had lasagna, a selection of sandwiches, yogurt, granola & fruit, as well as other main course selections & a range of drinks. The prices were very reasonable & it is a thoughtful touch. It is apparent that the property is well cared for & maintained. The room rate was extremely reasonable & I would not hesitate to stay at Scot’s Inn & Suites again.

Pros:

Room had fresh carpet which was very nice to walk on. The games room area had lots of space and games too (pool table, air hockey and board games). Reception area had a great selection of snacks and a coffee machine which was great. Staff were incredibly helpful, providing great local knowledge of places to eat and visit.

Great value for the money
Pros:

nice little hotel near downtown Kamloops. The lobby has a little store where you can buy snacks, drinks, beer, wine and soup. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a games room with air hockey and a pool table, as well as board games and a TV with netflix.

Cons:

room insulation isn't the best.. could hear the people in the next room sneezing and snoring.
