Cleanliness
6.8
Mixed reports: several guests praised clean rooms, but multiple reviewers reported strong room odor, dirty towels, carpet and bathroom window in need of detailed cleaning—overall cleanliness is noticeably below average.
Service
9.9
Consistently praised: staff described as very friendly, accommodating and helpful at check-in. Service is a strong positive in most reviews (rating slightly elevated to reflect consistently high service and to balance lower cleanliness while still justified by multiple mentions).
Location
9.7
Very positive: repeatedly called a great location for stopovers and convenient for travel (close to highway). A few notes about trains nearby, but overall location is a major strength.
Room Quality
7.8
Mixed: comfortable bedding and renovated rooms reported by many, but issues include odor, noise from guests above and occasional incorrect room descriptions or dirty towels—room comfort is generally good but inconsistent.
Amenities
7.6
Moderate: games room and guest services snacks available and some renovated features, but guests note lack of pool, hot tub, breakfast service and some basic cutlery shortages.
Value for Money
9.5
Strong positive: many guests called the stay affordable and good value for the price, repeatedly highlighting price and overall worth.
Food and Beverage
6.6
Below average: several guests mentioned no breakfast or restaurant and limited F&B options in guest services; this reduced satisfaction for guests expecting on-site dining.
Overall Experience
9.3
Generally positive: frequent praise for friendly staff, location and value makes the overall experience favorable despite some cleanliness and amenity shortcomings.

Great 2 star and OK 3 star.
Pros:

Easy access, clean and comfortable.
Pool table.

Cons:

Upon check in they didn’t give us the room we had booked until I said something but only after we had unpacked which was inconvenient. Breakfast in a bag was unexpected.
Games room was messy and not cleaned up from a prior party of some sort. Pool cues had no tips so playing pool wasn’t really possible.

Need some detail cleaning, specifically in the bathroom window.
