Pros:

Room had fresh carpet which was very nice to walk on. The games room area had lots of space and games too (pool table, air hockey and board games). Reception area had a great selection of snacks and a coffee machine which was great. Staff were incredibly helpful, providing great local knowledge of places to eat and visit.

Great value for the money
Pros:

nice little hotel near downtown Kamloops. The lobby has a little store where you can buy snacks, drinks, beer, wine and soup. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a games room with air hockey and a pool table, as well as board games and a TV with netflix.

Cons:

room insulation isn't the best.. could hear the people in the next room sneezing and snoring.

really value for money. no frills but for the price we couldn't beat it.
Pros:

super friendly staff and as nice selection of pre-made food and coffee at the lobby. rooms were warm and safe.

Incredible staff
Pros:

I stayed for a month on a business trip. All of the staff including Mani, T, and the housekeeping supervisor went out of their way to accommodate me with anything I needed help with during my stay.

I won't be back
Pros:

1 BR "Suite" was very darkly lit. Shabby and Old., and the staff did not know where it was located on the property!

Cons:

see above. Oh, and they want to charge for Keurig coffee!

A comfortable stay at a great price.
Pros:

The staff service was exceptional. We travelled to Kamloops with several friends and family members who also stayed at Scott's Inn and Suites, each member commenting positively on the service. The entertainment area on site was a great gathering place to bring the whole group together, with lots of seating, games and a kitchen area.
The beds were very comfortable and rooms clean.

The linen, pillows, soft bed
Towels Were clean, soft and bright white

Cons:

Needed more face cloths
I don’t like carpeted rooms
For homes or hotels, if a Reno is planned I suggest economical flooring!!

Pros:

Had soup on, for reasonable price. Bed was comfortable and room clean.

Cons:

Toilet was not flushing properly but they were notified. Heat didn't seem to be working. Hot tub and pool down.
