Pros:

A localização é ótima, próxima do shopping Pátio Brasil e do Venâncio. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. O café da manhã é bom. Tem uma vista linda para o nascer ou pôr do sol.

Cons:

O elevador e o chuveiro têm dado problema. Nos deixou na mão algumas vezes.

Cons:

Às camas e as roupas de cama e as toalhas todas com manchas.., o cobertor rasgado e lençóis com manchas.
Há necessidade de uma reforma dos apartamentos e dos móveis inclusive a roupa de cama e banho. Os aparelhos de ar-condicionado ninguém merece passar a noite ouvindo o barulho de motor insuportável.
