An added "free" breakfast would be nice.
Great staff. Clean rooms.
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, full sized fridge. Shower pressure was good and water was hot!
The freezer was not cold enough, did not freeze my ice packs I brought for my costco trip!
The location was great. Right off I-29 and 41st St. It was a clean place, staff was friendly and felt safe/secure.
the toilet did not have any water pressure to flush. the tub faucet handle was partially unscrewed so it was really hard to turn the water on/off.
Phone didn't work when trying to call front desk. No extra bedding to cover recliner.
Smell in hallway.
THE BEST PART IS RECLINER! More hotels should offer rooms with them.
The water is hot. Maintenance is steadily working to improve things. The staff overall is friendly... however, they need to work on greeting guests.. the 5 foot rule really is a thing. The location is near, not in walking distance if your older or disabled, cracker barrel, McDonalds, sonic and red lobster. There is an Aldi's and Walmart a few blocks away.
The kitchen isn't stocked, with anything. You must provide your own. They offer a "breakfast in bed" but it's just "gas station" like food and it's a bit pricey.
I would most likely not stay there again unless I'm just passing through and I need a night but still likely not.
Not enough light at the sink. Also a night light in the bathroom and maybe a light in the bed area that isn't attached to the switch at the door. Just the lamp on the night stand isn't enough.
It was clean. The value is good if the price is cheaper on here than thru them. Staff is nice. Except for the manager, Jeff. He is lacking in skills. I will be calling corporate
I extended my stay by one night through the bookings app. Once the next morning up here I didn't realize and yes it was my mistake but there was a difference in rooms with a recliner and rooms without I just looked for beds. If you do plan on extending your night make sure you specify you want the exact same room because the recliner there makes a difference. I had doctor appointments which is why I extended my stay by night and upon trying to check in for the next day they said I had to change rooms because I had accidentally booked a room that did not have a recliner which was the room I originally was in. The manager I asked could I please just put the stuff in the room and finish the check-in process when I get back as I had a doctor's appointment to get to he said no I have never ever in my life at any hotel then told I can't just place my stuff in the room go to my doctor's appointment and come back and finish checking into the room it's not like they couldn't have used all the information that I used when I originally checked in. They could have transferred easily over the card that I put on file for incidentals they could have just gave me a key let me unload the room they could have held the key until I came back from doctor's office to officially check into my room they did not want to do that
If you are traveling with pets, they are very welcoming.
The beds were the most comfortable, and the pillows were fantastic! I liked the ice maker in the room, and the size of the refrigerator. I would stay longer, if needed!
Offer breakfast. Cleanliness of the room was lacking - spots on the mirror, stovetop was dirty, hair in the bathtub.
Having the kitchenette was a nice surprise
There was a strong chemical smell that needed an open window and air conditioner fan running for quite a while to clear.
Clean, affordable, convenient, and pet friendly.
