Bathroom fan did not work and light over sink was rusty. Shower
Poured out of showerhead and bathtub faucet. Hallways smelled mildewy.

Friendly staff

Staff was friendly and room was clean and quiet. Another perfect stay here. 5 minutes from family. Everything was great

King size bed deserves a "SOFT MATTRESS!" Wife and I tossed and turned all three nights. It was so bad we had to go out to Walmart to purchase a foam crate to lay over the mattress. Even though it's a pet friendly location. We still need to remove all the dog or cat hair from the prior tenant.

More expensive than it should be for the level of services

The rooms and property was nice and clean. We have nothing negative to say but do have a suggestion. If breakfast had been included, this would have been 5 stars. For the price we felt that breakfast would have been fair. Thanks

great clean hotel

The beds were the hardest beds I have ever slept on, and the room had had a pet odor to it. It did seem clean though. I was also really surprised that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast given the price, but that's my own fault for not looking into that further before I booked.

The parking lot was extremely packed with most vehicles taking up multiple spaces. The room wasn't overly clean, but it wasn't disgusting. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I will probably not stay at this hotel again.

The second/ third shift front desk person was amazing. I think her name was Marilyn. I would like to personally thank her for her wonderful service. She made our night perfect. Coming from being in the road to a clean and comfortable place was the cherry on top. She deserves a raise!

Room smelled like pee. Changed rooms. Second room also smelled like pee. Dirty kitchen and sofa. Halls smell horrible. I left and went to a different hotel. Absolutely disgusting

Very nice suite, plenty of space, comfortable bed, and most importantly it was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were quick and easy. This was only an overnight stay on the way to another destination, but I would happily stay here for an extended stay if I’m ever in the Columbia area.

Perfect for our needs

Appreciated the free laundry facilities (detergent available for $3). Overall, friendly staff, clean facilities and comfortable room.

Good place to stop on a long road trip for a full kitchen but the place is dirtier and rough around the edges compared the past few times we’ve stayed here. It’s fine, but needs new paint, upholstery cleaned, and some general tlc.

My only issue was I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds each and I was put into 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with 1 bed. Other than that it was a nice room very nice staff and it was clean.

Outstanding value. I was given a completely outfitted suite on the top floor. Full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, silverware and utensils, laundry basket, etc! Wish I was staying longer!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a lot to offer despite not having a breakfast. The rooms were very clean. The beds were firm yet still comfortable.

Room set up was strange and not efficient for two people. Walls were super thin and extremely noisy.
