Pros:

Excellent breakfast in very pleasant dining room. The hotel is in a good walkable location in the Design District of central Helsinki, with easy access to the tram system and the central railway station.
Clean, modern, bright hotel with cheerful and helpful staff.

Pros:

Room furniture and technical equipment modern and above average. For example, TV allows to connect with Apple tablet to mirror tablet screen onto TV.
Multiple tram lines right outside, in walking distance to the harbour and market.

Cons:

Restaurant: breakfast advertised as their strength while it just meets standard, no higher than that. Restaurant staff service level below average. They take tea/coffee orders but delivered on both days of my stay only when I was otherwise finished. They don't take orders actively, but wait to be approached. Given their lack of responsiveness, I did not order warm dishes from their on-order breakfast menue, but limited myself to what was available at the buffet. The menue is not made avsilable at the table, guests must discover it on a rack.

While room quality is excellent, size is just enough for single guest, would be too small for couples. Other categories avsilable are mostly of the same size.

Pros:

Hotelli oli siisti, kiva ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamupala oli erityisen hyvä, vaikka tarjontaa oli maltillisesti. Hyvin oli huomioitu eri ruokavalioita. Hotelli oli hyvin saavutettavalla paikalla, helppo saapua niin kävellen kuin raitiovaunulla. Huone oli rauhaisa, sijaitsi käytävän perällä ja oli rauhalliselle sisäpihalle päin. Pesuhuone wc oli todella suuri ja kivan väljä. Hupneessa oli työpöydän lisäksi nojatuoli ja rahi. Saattoi viettää aikaansa muuallakin kuin sängyssä. Hotellin aulassa oli myös kiva oleskelualue.

Cons:

Aamiaissali oli pieni, mutta mahduimme joka aamuna silti hyvin. Huone oli pienehkö, mutta hyvä silti kooltaan.

Aamiaisboxi mukaan onnistui, kun yhtenä aamuna oli aikainen lähtö.

Höyhentyynyt.
Yhtenä aamuna meitä ei huomioitu aamiaisella ollenkaan, tee piti käydä erikseen pyytämässä ja ei myöskään tiedusteltu että haluammeko tilata aamiaislistalta jotain.

Televisio rikki. Lauantai iltana klo 22 emme enää ottaneet ottaneet yhteyttä respaan asiasta. Aamulla vain respassa pahoiteltiin asiaa ja sanottiin, että tv:n johdot olisi pitänyt irroittaa ja kytkeä uudestaan. Näin olimme tehneet.

In terms of facilities, the operating hours are quite fixed, which may feel slightly restrictive for guests who prefer more flexibility. Another small observation is that there were several partner or promotional items displayed in the room. While this was not necessarily a negative point, it did feel a little excessive.
