Pros:

Siisti, valoisa hotelli, kaikki uutta ja toimivaa. Erinomainen aamiainen.

Cons:

Hienoa, että kahvi ja lämmitetty maito tuotiin kannuissa pöytiin. Kahvi olisi voinut olla parempaa.

Comfortable choice and in a convenient location in Helsinky city centre
Pros:

Comfortable hotel in a good location, within easy walking distance of the harbour; tram and bus stop are close by. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice.

Pros:

Overall the hotel is clean. I am however very disappointed that the sauna does not open in the morning. I have been looking forward to sauna in Finland and being a big part of the culture I would have expected more access to sauna not less. I have never stayed in a hotel with a sauna that didn’t open in the morning.

Lovely even if slightly removed from the city center. Definitely worth it!
Pros:

I enjoyed my space. It was clean and had everything I needed. The location was nice and had access to some great local spots to enjoy dinner or my morning coffee.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the breakfast could be better. It was ok at best, but I would've appreciated the ability to have bacon and potatoes daily at the food bar. As a person who doesn't eat eggs, it limits my warm/hot breakfast food options.

A wonderful stay with excellent service
Pros:

Best customer service! The breakfast was excellent, and everything was clean and well maintained. A special thanks to the young housekeeper boy for his outstanding cleaning skills, kindness, and helpful attitude. He did an excellent job and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality. Highly recommended!
