House keeper Tiffany was extremely helpful and give me a good idea of how the city is as I came to see my cousin for the wedding. She also provided tooth paste

Very dissapointed with our stay here. I booked at this location due to the amount of “Great” reviews it has and big mistake. From the moment we drove in, the property did not have much lighting. We checked in at midnight and got our room which was pleasant. At 2:30am they decide to do housekeeping in the room above and next to us and the amount of noise was ridiculous given the time. They kept clicking the switches so much it woke up my toddler. THEN to top it off the fire alarm goes off at 5:45AM and there was no fire. The employee in front desk turns out was the one that set it off due to the smoke from “breakfast”. He said he didn’t know if a fire was going on and that he was the only one prepping and handling the front desk. Terrible experience. Will not be booking at this chain ever. Not worth the 7 hours we spent there. What a scam.

Shades torn, maid walked in without knocking. Every time i needed someone at the front desk 4 times no one was present. Would not book again.
