It was a convenient and comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

The fitness room was good, pool and deck area was great, breakfast had a nice variety of food, room was big and comfortable.

Cons:

Didn’t like that we had to pay parking which was on site.

Pros:

Honestly only thing positive I can say is location it was in a convenient area!

Cons:

Well our room had a mildew smell. Floor was wet in front of the air conditioning when I explained to front desk he said oh it was just that the carpet had been cleaned but ummmm it was only wet in front of the ac??????? Did not offer to move us or anything. Also you have to pay for parking at the hotel????? I’m already paying almost 400$ and I have to pay for parking at your hotel I’m already staying at????? Makes no sense! Food was nasty

Pros:

Ohh yogurt, scrambled eggs, breakfast cinnamon rolls , great!!

Cons:

Someone , helping in the kitchen area to make the atmosphere more family , aiding the journey of the travelers. Making things are so corporate.

Pros:

24-hour coffee available in the foyer, breakfast bar, and printing services were great. The staff was always pleasant and helpful; they did their best while enduring poor staffing rations.

Cons:

The pillows, all four, were like sleeping on cardboard - none of them had any support. 2 soft and 2 firm pillows is a nice mix when trying to get comfortable enough to sleep away from home. The cost of the hotel was too much considering the competition and amenities.
